I've lived in 23 out of 50 states including Alaska. Currently I am 20 minutes North of Baltimore in Abingdon, Md.

i live in a place where the govt is corrupt, pple dont have originallity, but pple are kind but some are sick and some are maniac... mind you its not in the states

I have no clue where you live, man.
So,
here are some hints for my location.
we've had contorversy of being our own province (that last word should be another hint)
It's insanely hot in the summer, and insanely cold in the winter
high school starts at grade seven. there is no "middle school"
