I got a dog! whee

He's name (obviously) is Lucky. He's playful and, just now, he just tired himself out.

I wonder why his paws are pink (just noticed) ... I've only seen the neighbor's dog and it has grey/black paws.

What type of dog is he?

I think his paws are pink to to the lack of dark pigmentation throughout much of his skin. But that's just a guess.

I think it's a Terrier/ Chihuahua but more Terrier then Chihuahua.

He's so cute! About the paws, they turn black once they are calloused, as a newborn they'll be pink and a bit more sensitive than when he's a little older so the pink is nothing wrong and when they turn black don't worry. smile
