Lately McCain and Obama have been arguing over whether or not the other has been playing the race card. Do you think that by saying 'i’m not like the other presidents on the dollar bills' Obama has played the race card? And do you think that McCain’s add comparing Obama to Paris Hilton and Britney spears is racist? "which is a theory that has been floating around CNN incase you have never heard this accusation before"

None of it is racist or "playing the race card."
The ad comparing Obama to a celebrity was uncalled for. It didn't really say anything about either candidate's political opinions and ideals. But I fail to see how it was racist.
And Obama saying he's not like the presidents on the dollar bills... I haven't heard about this. Could you toss some more information on that for us?

I agree that nether of them is racist but I think that McCain might be trying to frame Obama for playing the race card when he is in fact merely stating the obvious. (And therefore playing the race card in the process) There are many differences between Obama and the other presidents. Race being one of them, but nothing more than that. ONE of the many differences. Not THE one, or THE MAIN one, just one. Others include his age and the fact that his father was from out side of the country (note: not because his father is a BLACK man from outside of the country, just because he is from outside of the country) McCain was quick to accuse Obama of playing the race card, to quick if you ask me. Although the idea of McCain setting up some sort of trap for Obama is completely ludicris, I do believe he was too eager to frame Obama. Whether he truly believed Obama was attempting to play the race card or not, as a professional it was very wrong of him to jump the gun like that
As for the political commercial, I don’t believe that it is racist. An insult to Obamas intelligence? Yes. Complete and total hypocrisy? Yes. An extremely weak and ill supported argument? Yes. But racist? No.

Speaking of that commercial, though, there was a spoof of it on YouTube. It's riiiight here. I thought it was pretty good. XD (A small part of it is a little risque... There are no naughty bits showing, so it shouldn't be a huge problem.)
