My friend pierced mine for me a few years ago. I imagine that hurt a bit more than having a professional do it, since she had to shove the earing through in two tries. x_x Anyway, it didn't hurt THAT bad. Heck, tattoos aren't as bad as most people seem to think. razz

I had both my ears peirced twice when I was younger. But the right ear kept getting infected, so I stopped wearing earrings altogether. But the holes never fully closed up, and to this day, my right ear gets randomly infected. Well, one day, I decided I wanted to get my left ear re-peirced for my 15th birthday. So when my school trip to Gettysburg was over and we stopped the Dansbury Mall in Conneticut, I got some earrings from Spencers. (You read that right. No Clairs or fashion Bug for me!) My birthday was the following month, so I figured,"Hey, why not get some?" The next day, I went to a friends house, and she re-opened one of the holes on my left ear. And now, for the funny part. When I got home, I showed my mom, and she said, "Well, tell *friendsname* 'thank you', because I was gonna take you dwn to the mall to get your hole re-opened."
