Umm, I hope it was okay to post this only becasue I know that some of you are okay being bigger and/or want to be bigger.
I am still trying to lose weight. I grandmother hipped me to taking flax seed oil and its been working pretty good. Flax seed oil is nasty though. I also started working out some. Even though the scalse is saying that I gained weight i clothes fit much better and I am getting all kinds of pople telling me I am losing weight (and they didnt even know I was trying). My husband can tell too.
I was wondering what other kinds of trends have you tried? Did they work o.0 ?

I'm working on shedding a few pounds. Nothing hardcore really, just parking my car farther from where I need to go than neccisary, not eating as much junk food & taking multivitamins daily. It's actually been working nicely though my mother wants me to go to a gym. If I had the money/time thing in my favor I'd think of considering that but meh.

The biggest problem is the word "trend". By definition a trend is a short-lived phase were something is popular without a clear reason why. In the case of diets, things that dictate all the substances you ingest, a particular "trend" may ravage your physical resources to the end result that your colon appears to have been attacked by a deranged wolverine. Some general advice: Drink lots of water. Don't lose weight too fast or you may gain it back or damage body tissue, generally one pound lost a week is a safe rate. Try veggie burgers with BBQ sauce, mayonaise, and tomato slices. Even if you're not losing weight or they don't help the process, they sure are tasty. Avoid any diet that is accompanied by a small industry or trademark (such as Atkins). Also avoid any diet that cuts out major food groups entirely.

Okay, I started working out too. Its more then a trend yay!!!
But here is another question...
Dove came out with that skin tightening shower gell and lotion. I would be really upset to spend all that money on them and then they don't work. Anyone got any experience with them? Skins getting a bit too lose for my liking...

I work out alot and it's starting to show. Well around my upper arms, shoulders, and back. 3nodding I'm still the same size but it's starting to become muscle. Even though you can't tell from my pics. I want to be in all kinds of ways. lol
And I know a girl who uses that Dove skin stuff you're talking about. It's slow working from what she's told me. sweatdrop But it helps it seems.
