How can I get new hair?
You can delete your avatar and make a new one, or buy one at the salon.
How can I change back from a vampire? (How can I change to a vampire?)
Go to this link. [Click] If you are human, you will change to vampire. If you are a vampire, it will change you to a human. ou have to wait 6 hours between changes.

You have to go and save your avatar before the new hair shows up. :3

The salon is the same as dying/cutting your hair. You cannot get your old one back unless you buy it again.

Sorry, but they lied to you. The vial is to change grombies back to human.

Okay, I bought an energy drink. How do I drink it?
Go to your inventory and click it. It will ask you if you want to use it, use it.

Banning
My account was banned, but I don't know why!
Check your email. Make sure to check your spam box also. You should have gotten an email saying why, but it doesn't always get there.
I didn't get an email saying why I was banned!
You can PM an online moderator and they will be able to tell you why you were banned.
I know why I was banned, but I didn't do it.
You can contest the ban by filling out a Feedback Form. Put it under "General Account Inquiry". It shouldn't take more than a couple weeks for your report to get handled.

Gaia has an application in where you can be considered to be a mod. There will be an announcement when the application is open.

Evolving Items
I bought an evolving item from the MP, but it wont evolve. Do the marketplaces evolve?
Yes they do. There will be an announcement when it evolves.
How can I make my item evolve?
You can't. Just wait for the announcement about them, and that's when they will evolve.

Gaia Issues
I had this glitch where I got a free item(s)/gold. Can I keep them?
You really should report it. Do not sell/spend the items/gold. You can get banned for abusing a glitch.
I sent a trade to someone, and then I got at message by my avatar saying I had a trade request. However, when I clicked it, there was nothing there. What is going on?
There is a lag in trades right now. To see the trade right away, type their name in the trade creation box, and it will bring up the current trade with them.

No, you cannot. It costs 20k Gold.
How can I get this member out of my guild?
Go to the guild member list, find their name, and click the button next to it that says "ban".

Someone stole my account! What do I do?
You're going to need to fill out a Hacking Report to the best of your abilities. And wait for Gaia to return the account. That is all you can do.
Some of my items are missing! What happened to them?
Most likely you were hacked. Check your storage locker and house. If they are not in there, check your trades. They could also have gifted them to their account. Change your password then fill out a Hacking Report.

No, you do not have to. You can return it if you wish.
Can I Have My Mispriced item Back?
You can politely PM the user whom bought it and ask them to return it, you returning the money also, but since marketplace sales are final, they do not have to.

I ordered a letter, but I got a Sealed Envlope! WTF is this?
Sealed Envelopes turn to the monthly letters on the 15th when they open. There will be an announcement when they open. :3
I can open my letter, but there hasn't been an announcement, am I going to get in trouble?
No, sometimes the announcement can be late. They open the letters first, then put the announcement up, probably so users don't rush over and the code hasn't be put in yet.
It's the 15th and I can't open my letter yet!
The letters generally open in the afternoon, PST. So it may not be "time" yet, or they could just be a little late.

It is not in a store. That is a glitch. It was from an event. There are a few items that have this glitch. So it probably wont be fixed anytime soon.

There is no way to delete a Gaia account. All you can do is abandon it.
There is this box floating around the screen, what should I do?
Click it, it's a random event. :3 There is a time limit though, so be quick.
