I really hope this is the right series...lol
If i remember correctly , at one time in one of the early books anita was bitten and edward poured holy water onto the bite, and it hurt like acid or something...why is it now that that doesnt seem to be a problem with anyone anymore..O.o
If this is from the mercedez thompson series XD sorry for posting, if not anyone have an answer? lol

Yeah, I remember that.
But, at the time, Anita was paranoid around vampires and really didn't want to be linked to one. Something about when you get bitten by a vamp they can call you to them or something..? She has the marks now though so, maybe, she just doesn't give a damn anymore?
It's funny.. This, one of the many continuity errors I guess, has never occured to me.

Yeah I only realized it the other day when i realized that she and so many others were continuing to get bit...but...no one was trying to cleanse the bites XD Im on incubus dreams right now and...its taken a while for me to even realize that little possible 'mistake' in the books lol

It's not that she doesn't give a damn... since she has all the marks and ins Jean-Claude's human servant, she doesn't have to worry about being tied to other vampires quite in that way. It's as if her connection to Jean-Claude keeps her safe from others. The only exceptions are when she formed the other triumphirate with Nathaniel and Damien, and when she was rolled by Asher's orgasmic bite and Auggie's power to induce love. This was only because they were so strong.

and i just found it odd that they did it like once...then in the rest of the books even when she was not so bound to jean claude, they didnt do it again, no one has done it. Just found it a bit odd *shrugs* lol many things like that in the books though

I think that it maybe it cause that it point out that better to be closer to Anita and Jean-Claude, then away. That why the were-animal are trying to get closer them, they are strong and nobody mess with and if they do they will have hell to pay.
Anyway that's my guess on it, I could be wrong.

But you did not mention it in this topic. Had I seen it in here, I would have known. And good that I did not spoil anything for you... I had been accused of that with HP and the Deadly Hallows a while back. I just had a signature in memory of everyone who had died. And it had been pleanty of time, in my opinion, for people who really wanted to read the book to have finished it. It ended up causing a whole a**-load of conflict and fighting in another guild I was in (not even HP related), which I ended up having to quit to get away from the constant torment and bullying. Oh well. People can be so stupid sometimes.
