Hey, fellow Doctor Who fans c:

I live in England so I get first look at all the new episodes, and of course, the gossip smile

So, I want to share with you some of the rumours and theories that have been swimming around recently.

-SPOILERS BELOW HERE! GO NO FURTHER IF YOU DO NOT WANT-

Quote:
The Doctors daughter appears in series four.

This, my friends is true - The Doctors daughter (Played by the 5th Doctors real daughter) is due to appear around episode 7 or 8. There are more rumours that she will be an artificial human created by an alien race to lure the Doctor into a trap of some sort.

Quote:
Rose re-appears!

True! She appears for two minutes in the first episode (Partners in Crime) after Donna asks her to tell her mother 'That bin, there'

Quote:
The Judoon also make a come-back

There have been photos spy photos of men in 'Judoon suits' around the set in Cardiff, but I have heard that they will not be returning and the photos are from two years ago. Why? Simply because they are extremely similair to the famous Sontarans who also return for series four.

Quote:
We finally meet some other members of the Shadow Proclamation!

Hmm, I find this one difficult to answer. I personally dont think that they will appear because they've always been mysterious and thier appearance would destroy that. But on the other hand, if the are going to appear then it would be about the right time that they did.

Quote:
The Axons and Ice Warriors will return for this series.

Again, a difficult one to answer. There has been no mention of either the Axons or the Ice Warriors. But a few years ago David Tennant did say that he'd put in a suggestion that the Axons should be brought back. But, nothing surrounds the return of Ice Warriors.

Quote:
Agatha Christie is visited by The Doctor.

Confirmed. Christie is to be played by Fenella Woolgar and she needs help solving a very mysterious murder..

HIGHLIGHT BELOW TO READ MORE!
In the final few episodes of Series Four. The Doctor and Donna will be joined by Rose, Mickey, Pete, Jackie, Sarah Jane, Captain Jack, Martha and K-9. Davros is also returning, played be either Patrick Stewart, Ben Kingsley or Terry Molloy. Donna Noble is shot by a Dalek gun and dies, the Doctor is also shot but rescued by Rose who has new powers. The Master returns, but remember last series where a female hand picked up the ring? Joanna Lumley stars as the Doctors enemy whilst John Simm returns to act as her 'spirit'

The Time War fires up again, but this time the Daleks win. Could this be the end of the world? Will more companions die? I think so. Will the 10th Doctor turn into the 11th Doctor? I think so.

This goes along with the above whited out statement.
..... I'm very weary about information about the last few episodes. Fans can be creative. Remember years back before even book six of Harry Potter came out. There was an elaborate rumor that the last book would be "Harry Potter and the Green Flame Torch." We all know now that that didn't happen. But there was an elaborate story based on that idea. So much so that people were convinced that that was what book seven was going to be.
Will we be seeing the Time War? I hope we do. But I'm not holding my breath for it.
One other thing, this is the first Time War rumor that said that Donna dies. Sounds like a 'I hate Donna' creation rumor. I know that they are quite capable to killing off a companion. They did that with the old series. But still.
And as I recall, they are making three TV movies in replace of season five so they can free up David Tennant to be able to do some plays. Shouldn't that mean that David Tennant is still going to be playing the Doctor after this season. After all, killing him off would enable them to make season five instead of three TV movies. However, there is talk that he may be leaving at the end of making the three TV movies.

Rumors are rumors till proven other wise. And for me, it would be when those episodes come out. Or when the BBC people at the official site say so. And they did say to take what ever said outside the site as a grain of salt.
Or what ever R.T. says. Especially when he lied about not ever bringing the Master back. That should be prof right there that you can't really trust anyone.

Patrick Stewart would be a cool Davros, but I think that if it were true, the internet would have caught on fire by now...

I'd die from laughter if that proves true.

All we can do is wait and see.

Nah, we don't have to wait to see for that one. If Patrick Stewart were playing Davros, sites like trektoday.com would have reported it long ago and IMDB would have it listed. He's too big a name in science fiction to keep that one hidden. Just look at what happened last year with Sir Derek Jacobi being the Master. We knew that one long before series three even began airing.

I know. But the thought of it is hilarious. They had fun in staying quiet on them bringing back the Master. Even though we all knew it was coming.

I don't think the Doctor is going to change just yet- David is doing three "movies" for the 2009 season, and they've been speculated about a season for him in 2010. And I doubt Donna will die. She's actually been very well received as a companion.

But I can't wait to see Davros again. He's just so... evil. I hope it's true.

And I think the season finale will have something to do with all those missing planets. I've only seen Partners in Crime and Fires of Pompeii, but both of those had something about planets dissapering, both the Adiposian birthing planet and the home planet of the Pyroviles, or whatever they were called. Perhaps they were destroyed in the Time War...

I didn't think of that. That is a very good point, and the Time War is a good assumption. After all, the Autons and Gelf went after Earth because their worlds were destroyed by the Time War. We may be learning about other ones.

And I do believe we all know the answer to, "She's returning."

Although, as to what's on Donna's back I have no idea.

Well, whether or not Donna Noble buys the farm later on in the series is a moot point for this fan. I do like her and she is a pretty impressive companion who has brought more than just comedic assets to the show, but after seeing the last episode (The Silence in the Library?) I was really rather upset. I don't quite know what's going to happen, but it seems that Alex Kingston is either a "child" of the Doctor's or someone whom he will later be in "close" contact with in his future. It was a downright creepy episode and it reminded me of "Blink." I hope that next week's episode will answer a few questions for me and others.
