maybe you have to win a certain number of trophies from each lake in order to get it . . . i dunno . . . i'll never have it . . . it's just interesting to know it exsists . . .

It doesn't exist, they just have it in the marketplace. It's just like the Fool's Gold powerup they had before Pinball came out--nobody could get it, because it didn't exist yet.

that could be true like they're april fool's jokes . . . but who knows with some of the stuff they've been coming up with . . . mostly thanks to the cash shop . . . and in some items' cases petitions . . .

I saw a glitched or hacked Angelic Rod in the marketplace. Somebody made a thread about it in the GCD, and it turned out it was probably obtained by breaking the ToS

It was hacked into Gaia awhile back, i dont quite know how but it was. Hackers were using them to get better fish to make more gold to sell. Someone also tried to sell it in the marketplace.

Call me an old user, but when Fishing CAME OUT some admin(Thinking it was Jakobo) leaked pics and an Angelic Rod out, it was weird.

Ya... It's on my wishlist... If you want to buy me one... There is also " MISSING Focused Eyes Orange" and "Sealed Envelope 01/2009" but "Sealed Envelope 01/2009" doesn't seem to work anymore. It is on my wish list, but the link to the item doesn't work. I still want one though... Preferably this year, but next year is ok. I guess... I think there is also male and female avatar ones too. Hopefully the angelic rod gets released this year...
