i get about 3-4 hours of sleep then i try to lay down in the mornin before work and then i get an extra 3 hours of sleep

well depends if i'm busy or not..or can't sleep
but usually 4-5 hours
and other times i usually don't sleep at all gonk
i seriously need to get my sleep pattern back xD
