Well that was interresting... What was all that about with Rose? I suppose I will find out soon enough. Now I need to go see that thread above me which has stolen my topic...

It wasn't a rift. the rift is in Cardif and that was in London. I think he called it a "Gap between universes" or something allong those lines.

Do you think the bin the Doctor put the sonic pen in is the same bin that Donna left the keys in? I wonder...

Anyway I need to be looking out for posters and stuff because they normally put clues in posters and graffiti and people's conversations. Like "Bad Wolf", "Torchwood" and "Saxon".

Don't you think it's about time for a male companion? Not including Capt. Jack and Micky, because they were never really companions.

There's an episode coming up called "The Doctor's Daughter" (Staring the Doctor(Peter Davison)'s daughter). That is probably Susan's mother, isn't it?

Ok, that pretty much sums up everything I was going to say...

I think Rose is going to be the fourth series' version of the watchword. My current theory on Rose's appearance here is that it is the first of a series of appearances.

Recall that Rose is working for Torchwood in Pete's World. For whatever reason, she would seem to be working on getting back to the Doctor, or at least getting a message to him. Either just for her own satisfaction or because something is happening in Pete's World that they need the Doctor's help (purely because it would make a good story, my bet is the latter). I'm betting she's doing a version of the Ghost Shift into World Prime and seeking out the weird occurrences on the rather sound theory that the Doctor will be near. My bet, we'll be seeing a Ghost Rose cameo in every adventure that takes place in the "Present Day."

Her sad face could be due to a couple different things. Either she's upset that she didn't see the Doctor in this particular instance or somewhere along the line she observed the Doctor and Donna working together and was upset at being relegated to Sarah Jane status; that is, cast aside, forgotten, and replaced.

Just some thoughts on it.

By the by, did anyone else catch the in-joke for people who download the episodes off of BitTorrent? Mad Martha! Ha!
