So Shojo Beat released who won the Baby, Star Shine Bright Contest.

I'm also curious, since I haven't seen it on the site and haven't seen the magazine yet.
I'm glad that they finally announced it, since this means I can finally post my drawing online without fear of repercussions over the stupid contest rules. <_<;

Watch it be some crappy picture with SHOJOBEAT logos and crap tacked all over it. Like the Shojo Beat contest back in August.
plz 2 b correctin me, blackrose, but really. :/ They can't choose a good entry if there was one on each of the back of their hands.

At least a decent outfit but... black and white stripes? lolwut? Not that it's a bad design, it's very nice, but lol.

I actually like it... I was always one for simple designs. Not that I don't like ruffles and lace, but the simple outfits are the ones that I buy/make. 3nodding

I think the outfit is cute, the stripes seem a bit odd to me, but we'll just wait and see how that all works out.
Personally, I've seen better entries but at least they picked a decent one.

Agreed, while the outfit is decent I don't think it would be something that would look so wonderful in person. I mean if someone actually makes it and proves me wrong then so be it but the fact that it's stripped would pose so many problems. I for one think the stripped look would be bad for bigger Lolis such as myself since horizontal stripes give the illusion that a person it larger than they are. Also it makes me think of a prison uniform sweatdrop . I'm not even touching the honorable mentions, I will just simply say I dislike them very much.

I'm a smaller loli and i look terrible in stries like that... its just unflattering all the way around. I don't know if they will make it or not, i'm kinda leaning toward the hoping not, but i was told that by entering they have the right to make the design, so... *shrugs* lets all hope?
