So...last week I went to this poetry reading thing. Epic win. Open mic and everything. So I went up there...and when the MC was introducing me...he mentioned that I'd read there a couple times before!! He remembered me! Which is incredible because it means that he liked my work enough for it to stick in his mind for this long! The last time I read there was more than 6 months ago! And not only that, but afterwards both he and another guy there came up and told me that my stuff was awesome and they thought it was cool that i memorized it whee
...Sheer brilliancy I tell you. heart

it was in phoenix...although now that i think about it...i'm not sure it qualifies as last week yet xd
