So, a couple days ago, I was driving around Phoenix. And I was at the mall...and then I had to go home. When I got outside it was kinda dark out...but I didn't really think of it as a big deal...I've got a fairly good sense of direction, so I just figured that I'd turn around and go back the way I came. Logical, yes? Not quite. I got back to the first turn I made and realized that it was a one way street. Ouch. So I took the next block thinking it'd go the same way. No such luck. After like 10 minutes I was thoroughly lost and had no idea where I was...except that it was exactly where I didn't want to be. Somehow I ended up in a rather...ehm...unsavory neighborhood. By that I mean like...tweakers tripping out on the sidewalks, no where to stop and figure out where the heck I was type neighborhoods. One of the more terrifying moments of my life. So I finally found a gas station and I was gonna park and ask for directions when I noticed a couple rather creepy looking people by the outside corner. So yeah. I pretty much floored it and got on a freeway and just ran with it until I found a place I recognized.

It amused me though...cuz my mom always says stuff about how dangerous it is for girls to be out after dark in certain neighborhoods, and I always laughed at her...and I finally realized what she meant xp

But yeah...that's it...just figured I'd share my near death experience with you. xd
