So since this is a political guild I assume some of you protest, so yeah whats your favorite protest chants?
the ones i can think of right now that i like are probably "fight War, Not wars!" or "There ain't no power like the power of the people, cause the power of the people don't stop" another person then says "say what?!" and repeats XD

I live five minutes from Parliament so it's pretty easy for me to go protest. I haven't been to any in quite a while though. Ah, the days of "bypass my a**" biggrin

GET YOUR LAWS OFF OF MY DOGS PAWS!!!!
WHAT WOULD JEFFERSON DO? (it makes the Cnristians pause sometimes)
RESTORE THE CONSTITUTION!
i WANT *ALL* MY MONEY BACK (traditional cant at LP Tax Day protest)
FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHT TO PARTY (MJ rallies)
NOTA! (None of the above, sometimes canted during internal LP elections that are getting nasty)
Geez, I've done more protesting than I realize, lol. Several Tax Day protests (probably not this year though), an anti-war rally where I almost got tear gassed (thank Goddess I'm psychic, I got myself, my husband and our Party secretary out before the gas hit) and MJ rally, and Goddess knows what else
Yeah, my hubby and I were a bit wild for a while.

We were inside at the diner and it was kinda crazy-- people coming in to eat with protest signs everywhere, etc.

NOTA can swing a vote in a way that nothing else can. I've seen chairs and major campaigns fall to the power of None of the Above. I really wonder what would have happened if NOTA had been a feature in the 2000 Presidential race. NOTA can never be thrown off a Libertarian ballot. (And when it accidentally does, bad things happen, boy do they) It's one way we try to preserve our freedom of choice.

I think protesting is somewhat useless and usually ends in with nothing getting accomplished or in violence.
