I crave sweet things and pasta. Two of the worst things for me to eat and two of my biggest weaknesses. I can actually be pretty strong about avoiding the sweetthings and stave off the cravings with the occasional glass of chocolate milk or a couple bite sized sugar free choclates. But pasta and bready things are an unfourtunate staple in my diet.
