I'm on Matt's laptop because he's playing Diablo 2 on my compy, and I got his internet to work again (go genius me!) and so I can whore out his laptop at my leisure again :]
So, as my title says, I'm up, watching Sex and the City.
Don't yell at me! It's a guilty pleasure. I like the psychological love aspect of it! >.<;
I DO not like the fakeness of the entire show, though. 4 dumb women bitching about how crappy their life is when they have dream jobs that most people would die for.. @_@;
Anywho~

My sister used to love that show. I was never really interested in it. There's a new show out I see advertised, it's called Lipstick Jungle, and that reminds me a lot of Sex and the City of anyone is interested in checking it out...

For some reason my parents really enjoyed watching that show when it was still on. o.O When I worked at a music/dvd store, they had each season for $20, and my mom made me order the ones we didn't have in stock and scoop them all up for her. It's...okay. I can see what it could have been, showing that even though you have your dream job and all that life isn't necessarily going to be what you expect, but it just seems so...bleh.
And if that's high fashion, I'm a pit bull.

I mean, not saying the show is bad, but I don't like how it's constantly about the same issues :/
My dad makes fun of me for watching it, but I could care less. I haven't seen it in forever, since I've been spending my late nights with Matt, playing video games with him and whatnot.
I mean, the episode I watched last night was funneh xD
Sam: "I think the maid's been using my vibrator"
Miranda: "I don't think that's proper dinner talk"
Sam: "But it's true! When I went into the kitchen to get it--"
Charlotte: "WHY was it in the kitchen?"
Sam: "I like to mix it up. As I was saying, I went into the kitchen to get it, and the batteries were dead. And they were new when I last used them, and I haven't used them since Smith came back!"
Smith: "Oh, that's so sweet honey"

I don't watch a lot of TV so I can't say anything about Sex and the City. The only things I watch are online cuz nothing on television is interesting to me. I'd like to get into some kind of series but so far all I've been watching is anime and I'm kinda getting sick of it... I dunno. I'm just chillin' on Gaia, obviously. How are all you penguins today?

I used to watch America's Next Top Model sometimes, heh. I always thought the things that the girls had to do were interesting - like one time, I remember one set had to hang from a harness like two hundred feet off the ground. Another time, they had to enter a tank of water. But I got a little bored with it and sort of drifted away from it...
I always thought Sex and the City was kind of like the modern day soap opera. :/
