I suppose this fits better in the art section than any other. I made this video recently, after months of gathering videos and trying to find music. All horses featured are ones I know at my local barn. I'm looking for advice. Saying, "Ohmygosh, I love it!" or "Holy crud, that's horrible!" is nice, but I'd greatly appreciate if you have reasons why, particularly on parts you don't like.
Since it's on Photobucket, it would be best to probably leave it for a moment to load up. Photobucket seems to ruin the quality, but I'm not ready to officially post it on YouTube yet. The sound kinda seems like it's underwater or something...that's all Photobucket, as is the poor frame rate. -_-
The music will probably seem "weird" to most people. That might be an issue. It's about the best fast, yet positive-lyrics song I could find. My original choice was Matchbox Twenty's "You're so Real," but the lyrics just didn't fit despite the great music.
Should I find another song? Can you suggest one? Any parts where the video is odd or should be switched with another clip? Any and all advice is appreciated. And by the way...the song starts slow, but it will get loud and fast fairly quickly, so don't crank the volume too high!

I think the song choice is great, if that helps smile It fits.

It does help, actually, to know someone likes it. My brother gave a "WTF?!" look when the faster parts first began.

My only advice to you not concerning the quality, would be, if you were to do it again try to get a tripod for your camera, the bouncing makes me a little queasy when I watch it. Overall if your goal was to make a musical montage of horses I say congrats to you, the clips were fantastic. My favorite part is when the music is still slow and it looks like the horse is dancing/headbanging to it. mrgreen

Scuro_Shadine_Magi My only advice to you not concerning the quality, would be, if you were to do it again try to get a tripod for your camera, the bouncing makes me a little queasy when I watch it. Overall if your goal was to make a musical montage of horses I say congrats to you, the clips were fantastic. My favorite part is when the music is still slow and it looks like the horse is dancing/headbanging to it. mrgreen That'd be Mark. xd He was an interesting guy. He was brought to the barn for a few months to calm down before going to his new barn. His last owners had been little kids, and he'd apparently gotten away with a lot of misbehaving (he had serious biting and some kicking issues). Mark liked to hang his head out of the stall and nod at everyone. It was pretty fun to watch.
Thanks for your input...even though tripods are kind of out of the question at a muddy barn with horses running around, it's an interesting idea to consider. xd The motion should be a little better in the final one, because the slow frame rate messes things up and almost makes it look like it's in fast-forward.
