I ended up downstairs, cuz I was in pain and throwing up (from a kidney stone). SO I fell asleep on the floor, huncked over my knees/ sitting up, next to the heater for warmth.

You need to go straight to the hospital ~ don't go to your doctor because he/she is going to send you to the the hospital ~ I also have kidney stones and I know exactly what your talking about and if your at the throwing up stage you need to be in the HOSPITAL ~ it is just going to get worse ~ at least there they can give you pain meds and help you pass it or if it is to large they will remove it ~ if you want to talk more about this please feel free to pm me.
