What is a Google Bomb?
Google has a very special think called a Google Bot that goes from site to site, scans it, and analyzes relational data. It essentially goes through a site and links words with websites. This way, the amount of relevance is to a particular site is increased.

Example: Right now, the number one site for Scientology on Google is: scientology. org (notice that I have not Hyperlinked this?)

That is because a lot of sites around the Internet have linked the word 'Scientology' with that website.
What should we do?
Spread the word - link to www.xenu.net with keyword "scientology" from all of your places (pages, blogs, boards, no email spamming) please!

Make Scientology.org rank #1 for "dangerous cult". Spread the word - link to www.scientology.org with keyword "dangerous cult", "brainwashing cult", "[your adjective of choice] cult" from all of your places (pages, blogs, boards, no email spamming please!

I changed it slightly to:

Scientology is a Dangerous Cult

[url=http://www.xenu.net/]Scientology[/url] is a [url=http://www.scientology.org/]Dangerous Cult[/url]

That way, I can stick it into every post I make which'll make it show up multiple times per page, instead of only once per page the way a sig does.

Question: If a thread is made specifically for each post being a google bomb, would that help? I really don't post, so putting it in my sig would do nada.

That's what we want. Not enough people are aware of the horrible things $cientology does. By calling attention to it we shift popular opinion against $cientology, which will pretty much do more for our cause than anything else could.
