There is a vampire underground where all night beings live in a hushed society. They feed off of live stalk instead of mortals, and it is strictly against the rules to take human life. The date is 2020.
There are a group of elite (sp?) ninja like warriors
Are called to conference. These elite are called 'night walkers', and they round up and kill the low level bloodsuckers from the mortal realm.
At the moment there is one in particular Vampire lord that is killing several of the mortals at a time to appease himself. His name, although seldom spoken, is Slade, and he's only interested in three things: Money, Sex and Blood.
