Suggestion Box This is a part of the guild where you can post suggestions on how to improve things in the guild. It's also a "how are we doing?" thread. Feedback is much appreciated. Things we are doing well and things we really need to do better, we would like to know so we can improve.
-Please, do not use this as a flaming/complaining thread. If there is something you see that needs improvement explain why you do not like it and suggest ideas for improvement. If you have a problem with a person in particular please notify us via PM.
-Please be nice.

One of the topics I'd like some feed back on is the "2 month" rule...
*If you have a Zoid and haven't posted in 2 months, your Zoid will be re-sold with no refunds. You will also be gray listed until further notice.
*Pet trades/ Gifts are not held to this rule
-Should I still enforce that? (Why/Why not)
-Should there be more time, less time?
-Should ZOIDs from customs with unique art all be excluded? Or should any custom ZOID be excluded?
any other thoughts, comments, etc... would be appreciated. :3

I think that customs shouldn't be re-sold, but maybe moved to some MIA subforum space with restrictions/rules for getting it back.

I like that idea Deadly. Would be a very organized way to do it too.
I guess I should have also mentioned that after the two months a warning PM is sent. If the person doesn't respond in two weeks the ZOID is than taken. So there is a wee bit of a warning.

IC, it would make sense that any pilot who is no longer in active duty would have their units reassigned as they aren't technically their property.
Pilots with (bought) custom zoids probably achieved them in non-military ways and wouldn't get them revoked because they'd likely not (directly) be Republican/Imperial property. However, I believe that semi-customs won in contests (such as the command wolf recoloring/organoid contest) should not be excluded. They are ICly property of the states still just painted differently, and weren't designed by the player or cost an extensive amount more like a real custom.
Rogues would probably... steal them from each other? :> Maybies.
Just justification from IC perspective.
I believe that currently if you're enforcing the revoking/reassigning rule, those players that don't respond to the PM warning or re-show after the news update/this post probably shouldn't be grey-listed in addition to losing their zoid because the hiatus was indefinite and it was a legitimate time to leave, not so much just leaving because they didn't want to be here anymore or didn't care.

Nice way of putting it IC. I believe the 2 month rule will stay and be enforced, but I will add some new things to the rules based on the suggestions in this thread.
No one was put on the gray list during this purge because the shop was on hiatus. :3 They are welcome to return if they feel they actually do want to participate again. However, they cannot use the same characters they had before or re-gain the ZOIDs they had.
