So here is some of my fractal art that I've been working on lately. I have a larger project with fractal later because I learned a new technique! If anyone wants one for say their desktop, then I'll happily enlarge them! For "Flower Nova" I used Apophysis 2.07 (Beta), and for the others Apophysis 2.02. My deviantart is here. I know its not that great, but I'm improving as I fiddle around.

Just for those of you who are wondering, a fractal is [from dictionary.com] (mathematics) a geometric pattern that is repeated at every scale and so cannot be represented by classical geometry

I really like fractal art, even though theres little I understand in the process of it. One thing I noticed is that its often hard to tell whats "good" and whats not, cause most of it looks really good to people who don't know it well surprised

I believe you are our first fractal artist though, congrats!

Awesome Possum! I thought there might be more people. And I'll admit freely that I'm just a beginner, but I know I'm getting better. And besides, its just too much fun! xd

Yeah, I've seen a lot of people on DA who do art like this, but so far you're the first here(atleast to my knowledge. Like, people who do it but havent really expressed it in any way P: )
