Strengths: Kiba's dog Kuromaru helps him out a lot in battles and such, helping with combos and jutsus. Kiba knows many jutsus that involve Kuromaru and has a summon, Kagemitzu, that helps him out on occasion. He is very quick, though he has over a thousand pounds of weight he drags along. His sharingan helps him greatly and he has improved it well.
Weaknesses: He doesn't care much about anything, mainly just having fun with his dogs. Kiba has problems staying focused outside of battles that actually matter, which can be a problem, though he gets the job done and is very serious with training.

Depending on the users element this Jutsu causes the user to be replaced by a elemental object and reaper some where near by. This Jutsu is used to get away from attacks or to confuse the enemy.

This Jutsu Allows the user to create a single Clone of His or Herself that can act freely, but will disapeer as soon as The Real preson is Knocked out Killed runs out of Chakra, or unsommons it.

This Jutsu has the user summon a small animal of sorts

The user creates multiple blast of fire from the mouth and usually aims at one target, and sometimes shurikens can be hidden within the flames.

A powerful spinning kick used to knock the opponent away. A powerful taijutsu technique.
6. -Four Legs Technique (Shikyaku No Jutsu)
This technique gives some increase of strength and speed to
the user, as well as lengthening their nails into claws. Travel in this mode is somewhat similar to a dog's fast run. Users of this technique tend to act more feral when using it.

A powerful taijutsu attack where the user spins towards the opponent with amazing speed, in an attempt to cut and scratch them with claws, fangs, etc. In most cases, performed by two or more people/animals at the same time. When using gatsuuga the user and his partner spin at a ferocious speed and deliver many powerful beast-like attacks when contact is made with the target. The force of this attack is strong enough to drill through stone.
8. -______Demonic Illusion; Mirror Heaven and Earth Chage (Magen: Kyōten Chiten)
(Sharigan Users only)
Utilizing the copy and counter abilities of the Sharingan, Itachi can use this jutsu to reverse any genjutsu back on its original user.
9. -_________Combination Transformation (Konbi Henge)
An advanced form of the Transformation Technique, the Combination Transformation transforms two users into one being. One user usually provides the chakra while the other performs the necessary hand seals. Naruto uses this with Gamabunta in their fight against Gaara's full Shukaku form to become a giant fox. Kiba and Akamaru use a variation of this technique in their fight against Sakon and Ukon, transforming themselves into a giant two-headed wolf. The Sound Four used this during the Chunin Exam to disguise themselves as the Kazekage's two bodyguard attendants (two in each).
**This jutsu takes form in another form called Jinjū Konbi Henge: Sōtōrō (Man-Beast Combination Transformation: Double Headed Wolf). In this version, the two (Kiba and Kuromaru) transform into a much bigger form than both of their sizes combined. The wolf stands nearly 40 feet tall and is heavy enough to crush even the strongest of some people. It's sense of smell is so acute, it can track a scent from miles away.
10. -____________Double Wolf Fang (Garōga)
After targeting an opponent, the two users perform a Man Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf to become a large, two-headed wolf. The two then perform a much more powerful Double Piercing Fang attack. Like the lesser version, they spin rapidly to attack their target. Unlike the previous version, they move so rapidly that they can't see where they're going, hence the reason for the earlier targeting. This move is powerful enough to sever a person in two and even dent a Rashomon gate. Even if they miss, the speed is so great that the air around them can actually cut their opponents.
Such power is not without its drawbacks, however. The strain of spinning at such a speed makes using the attack more than twice impossible. After the second use, both users are practically incapable of fighting.
11. -________________Gentle Strong Fist (Jūken-fu)
This fighting style was made by Kiba Uchiha. After fighting Neji Hyuuga of the Hyuuga clan in his Chuunin exams, Kiba found a way to combine the unique fighting style of the hyuugas with great power, combining the swift movements with severe blows. This style looks exactly like Juuken, but Kiba does not close tenketsu. He just simply makes the blows more powerful at the last second.
12. -____________Shikumi no Jutsu (Death Foreseeing Technique)
This jutsu is much like the Temporary Paralysis Technique, but paralyzes the foe by showing them a vision of their own gruesome death. In addition to the paralysis, the enemy is overwhelmed with fear, and will no doubt suffer severe mental stress.
13. -_________Doton Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu (Inner Decapitation Skill)
The user hides beneath the ground and then waits for his opponent to stumble into the trap, the user grabs the opponent legs and then continues to pull his opponent under ground until nothing but his head remains above ground, leaving his opponent immobile. First used by Kakashi against Sasuke.
14. -______Kuchiyose: Doton: Tsuiga no Jutsu (Summoning: Earth Release: Tracking Fang Technique)
This jutsu summons eight Ninken (ninja dogs) directly into the ground. The Ninken follow a scent given to them during the summoning and burst from the ground under it, grabbing whatever target happens to be there at the time.
15. -___Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Fire Type; Grand Fireball Skill)
The user takes large amounts of his chakra, which allows him to breath out a large portion of flame. Can be extremely powerful.
16. -Flying Thunder God Technique (Hiraishin no Jutsu)
This jutsu was created by the Fourth Hokage and the reason behind his nickname, "The Yellow Flash of Konoha" (木ノ葉の黄色い閃光, "Konoha no Kiiroi Senkō"). It allows the user to move over large distances with ultra-high speed. Although it is often compared with the Body Flicker Technique, the speed of this jutsu is much greater. In principal, it is similar to the Summoning Technique, but instead sends the user somewhere rather than bringing something to them.
To activate this jutsu, the user needs a special seal or "jutsu formula" (術式, Jutsu-shiki?) to mark the destination. After this is done, the user can almost instantaneously transport himself to that location. The Fourth applied the formula in advance to weapons such as kunai. It is also possible to leave a formula in an area touched by the user.
17. -___Raikiri (Lightning Edge)
This jutsu is an enhanced form of the One Thousand Birds (Chidori), and has the same, albeit more powerful, effect. Kakashi is the only one able to use it, and it is named as such because he once cut a lightning bolt with it before it hit the ground. This jutsu requires a larger amount of chakra and better chakra control. This is exemplified in their respective appearances. Whereas Chidori creates a large mass of chakra in one hand that appears near-white, the Lightning Blade is considerably more concentrated and appears in the normal blue color of chakra. Kakashi can only use this technique four times in a given day. Kakashi is able to spilt the Raikiri in two, holding the lightning chakra in each hand, when given mulltiple targets.

A technique where the user sneaks up behind his opponent, and performs a very powerful asspoke.
2. -____________Shunshin no Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)
This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between t)he user and their intended destination. Shisui Uchiha, one of the most talented Uchiha, was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" ("Shunshin no Shisui"), likely referring to this technique.
The Body Flicker technique has various variations among the different hidden villages, all of which involve some extra element aside from the movement itself. The extra element is usually some sort of substance used to distract the opponent, such as leaves or sand. Gaara, for instance, uses the "Sand Body Flicker" (砂瞬身, Suna-Shunshin?), which uses sand to cover his movements. Other varieties include the "Mist Body Flicker" (霧瞬身, Kiri-Shunshin?), "Water Body Flicker" (水瞬身, Mizu-Shunshin?), and "Leaf Body Flicker" (木ノ葉瞬身, Konoha-Shunshin?).

A technique that first sends the opponent airborne while the user attaches to the opponent's shadow, leaving the opponent vulnerable to stronger attacks

Creates a large dragon shape formed from a large amount of spinning water. The dragon form is sent towards your opponent for a powerful attack. This jutsu can only be performed when near a large body of water.

Unlike the regular bunshin no jutsu, Kage bunshin creates real clones, not just illusions. The power and chakra of the user is evenly distributed among the clones depending how many there are. This is treated as a forbidden jutsu but many advanced shinobi still know it. It is mainly a jounin level technique.

Background
Kiba grew up with his parents in the current village until he was about five, when they were assassinated along with most of the clan by a man name Itachi. Though Kiba is still unaware of who killed his parents, he swears he will be the one to end his life. After his parents were killed, he was left with his younger brother who didn't know of the events that took hold. While they were alone together, Kiba and his brother would take a walk to the Ancestral Falls on each of their birthdays keeping it as somewhat of a tradition. They grew up in a local orphanage, living the normal life of orphans until his brother's seventh birthday. They were on their traditional walk and while they at the falls, they were separated. Itachi had been hiding there for years and saw the boy wandering around alone, then , with no mercy, killed him as he found he was an Uchiha. By the time Kiba finally found his bother again, he was dead and Kiba was left alone. A few days later, Kiba found a stray puppy on the side of the road by the orphanage. He secretly kept the puppy in his room while staying there and still has him to this day with the name Kuromaru. The dog is considered to him, his best freind and they are as inseparable as Inuzukas and their companions.
In Kiba's Academy days, he had a friend named Zatiochi Zamuchi, of the Kurisagi clan, that he would spar with each day. They were more like rivals in the fact and always fought for apparently no reason. Though Kiba still holds the most amount of wins over Zatiochi, he did put up some decent fights that even Kiba couldn't beat him at. At the genin exams, Kiba and Zat met their future genin teammate, Kamoku Kitsune. This kid was tough, though not really a fighter, and loved his fox's that he constantly summoned to battle. He used many ice attacks and had a demon that helped him with his jutsu, making him hard to beat for Kiba and Zatiochi. Though Kiba never fought Kamoku, Zatiochi lost horribly to the boy as Kiba stood by and watched, having fun. Kiba had somewhat of a crush on this one girl, Kisumi, but he knew he wouldn't ever get a chance with her, so he pretty much gave up. Though he still likes her, he never sees her anymore, after he switched to Shroud and became Kakashi's accomplice.
Both of his teammates have had an influence on him, the same going for his sensai. So far, he's had four, Meizu, Aiiamii (Mom to Zatiochi), Jouet, and the most recent, Kakashi, The Shroud Oiikage. Kiba and his team all respected their sensai...most of the time... although Zatiochi called one Baldy and everyone hated Aiiamii for not letting them take the chuunin exams. Though he missed out, Jouet took the team to Silence to watch the exams, where Kamoku would mysteriously vanish and be replaced with the perverted Zatiochi's girlfriend, Omara. Kiba always thought she was somewhat annoying, but he just went along with it, staying distant from the team when he could.
At that point, he looked forward to the next chuunin exams, his other team mates and sensai had gone away, giving him the time he needs to train. Planning on getting revenge for his family, knowing that with his dogs and his sharingan, he can do and overcome mostly anything that gets in the way. He teamed up with a team in Shroud for the exams, though the team broke up as a much as his did. The team was lead by the Oiikage, Hatake Kakashi, and consisted of only a boy named Jin Fuuma. He and Kiba obliterated the exams, storming past the written exam and annihilating in the forest to reach the third and final part of the exam. As Kiba thought, these exams were easier than expected. From that point on, he was a solo fighter again. Once again, he tore past the competition and climbed the tree to the final round where he'd face Hyuuga Neji, a proud Silence Genin who was quite the challenge. He and Kuromaru fought their best, but Neji's ability to close tenketsu with his Juuken fighting proved his strength. The match ended in a draw and the chuunin were chosen, both of the finalists and a few more becoming chuunin.
From then on, Kiba stayed in Shroud, part of team Kakashi. Participating in all their missions and other assignments and becoming Kakashi's main pupi. He was tought many jutsu and improvements for his Sharingan, becoming one of the best users of the bloodline next to Kakashi. Eventually making it to Jounin, Kiba learned Kakashi's single most deadly move, the Raikiri, or Lightning Edge. All these new moves have helped him greatly, as well as Kuromaru who helped him along the way. Kiba is supposedly now being assigned a team now that he is Jounin, wondering how this could turn out.

Kakashi's greatest strength is his Sharingan eye, which he has copied numerous jutsus with. He also has great speed and can perform hand seals with blurring speed. He is also very intelligent, and seemingly flawless when coming up with traps and strategy. He is able to open one of the eight chakra gates, increasing his power greatly. He is seemed to be a perfect ninja and has an even greater sese of smell and hearing than anyone. He was once ANBU for the Shroud village, but decided to retire and become a normal Jounin for a while.
Weaknesses:
His one weakness are the books his always reading. It has distracted him often and can lead to his defeat.

Level 4 (Mangekyou)
This is the most advance level of Sharingan thus far. It seems every person has their own personal for of tis form of Sharingan. It depends on your main specialty, whether it be ninjutsu or genjutsu, to what the eye does. Since this is the complete Sharingan and is only giving to those willing to kill there closest friend. Kakashi is an exception to this because he is not limited to the ways of the Uchiha clan. His Mangekyu allows him to tear dimensional riffs in any space, sucking in whatever's close enough.

This jutsu is basically a massive version of the Shadow Clone Technique. Instead of a few clones, it creates a few hundred clones (or a number of equal grandeur). This is considered a forbidden technique, because it can potentially be dangerous to the person performing it, seeing as how all of the clones are given an equal amount of chakra directly from the user. Naruto learned the technique from the scroll of forbidden seals written by the First Hokage and used it to save Iruka Umino from Mizuki. Few people are able to use this technique effectively, due to the large amount of chakra it consumes. This weakness does not apply to Naruto due to his demon fox chakra, which allows him to create upwards of 2,000 clones while maintaining a decent supply of chakra in each one. This technique is also used by Naruto to train quickly, since all the clones share their experiences with Naruto, but it causes extreme mental fatigue with repeated use. 19.- Demonic Illusion; Double False Surroundings Technique (Magen: Nijū Kokoni Arazu no Jutsu)
This jutsu places another illusion on top of a previous illusion created by the user. The eight chakra gates are eight specific points on a person's chakra circulatory system. They limit the overall flow of chakra within a person's body. The basis for the idea of the chakra gates comes from the body's limits on the functions within it. This makes the body much weaker, but it keeps the body from expiring too soon. By opening these gates, the user can surpass their own physical limits at the cost of extreme damage to their own bodies. Rock Lee is able to open the first five gates. Guy, who taught Lee the skill, is able to open at least six. Kakashi can open at least one gate, as shown in during Kakashi's one-handed rock climbing where a shot of his brain shows the relevant point activating. When opening the gates, the user says the name of the gate, followed by the word kai(release). For example, when opening the fifth gate, the user would say To-mon Kai, to open it. The gates and what they release are listed below:
1. Opening (Initial) (Kai-mon)
Releases the brain's limit the total strain on the muscles, giving the user five times their normal strength.
2. Rest (Heal) (Kyu-Mon)
Releases the brain's limit on the body's stamina, making a battle-worn person become miraculously ready to fight as if the fight had just started.
3. Life (Sei-Mon)
Is located on the spinal cord, and releases the limit on the nervous system, which makes information travel at a faster rate and creates even more stamina. As a side effect, the user's skin turns red, indicating an increased blood-oxygen level.
4. Pain (Harm / Wound) (Sho-Mon)
Releases the limit on oxygen intake in the lungs, creating much more oxygen for the body to use.
5. Closing (Limit) (To-Mon)
Releases the limit on the amount of chakra released at one time.
6. Joy (View) (Kei-Mon)
Removes the limit on how much fat and proteins the intestines can digest, and releases otherwise useless energy resources, giving the user even more power and stamina.
7. Shock (Wonder / Insanity) (Kyo-Mon)
Removes the limit on how fast the body can move, removes wastes from dead skin cells to feces, and gives the body a much cleaner system to work with, producing even more power and stamina.
8. Death (Shi-Mon)
Opens the final gate located at the heart and uses up all of the body's energy. It makes the heart pump at maximum power and exceeds the power of every other gate. All the energy in every individual cell is used up, giving the user power well above that of any Kage. This "big bang" effect is only temporary, and destroys every muscle in the user's body. Death is assured when opening this gate.2. - Omote Renge (Initial Lotus)
A taijutsu technique that forcibly opens the first gate in the body, afterward the user gets an extreme boost of chakra and a lot of pain, the user then attacks the enemy with a powerful kick upwards and then grabs hold of the enemy with bandages or a technique and then proceeds to send his enemy slamming into the ground, jumping away at the last second, performed by Rock Lee.3. - Water Element; Water Dragon Blast (Suiton; Suiryuudan no Jutsu)
Creates a large dragon shape formed from a large amount of spinning water. The dragon form is sent towards your opponent for a powerful attack. This jutsu can only be performed when near a large body of water. 4. - Water Release; Great Waterfall Technique (Suiton; Daibakufu no Jutsu
This jutsu is used to fire a massive spiraling blast of water at an opponent. It does not need a pre-existing water source to function properly. This technique was going to be employed by Zabuza against Kakashi, but Kakashi used his Sharingan to copy it and use it against Zabuza before he could complete it himself. 5. - Water Clone (Mizu Bunshiin no Jutsu)
Creates clones composed of water. When hit, it automatically dissolves and returns back into shapeless water. This one is capable of attacking. The clone has 1/10 of the power of the original. It can only be controlled while still in a certain radius of the user. 6. - Water Release; Water Shark Missile Technique (Suiton; Suikōdan no Jutsu)
This jutsu utilizes water to attack the enemy with a powerful water burst in the form of a shark.7. - Water Element; Water Barrier Wall (Suiton Suijinheki)
Creates a blast of water from the mouth, usually used to block fire type attacks. 8. - Ice Release: One-Horned White Whale (Hyoton: Itsukaku Hakugei)
This jutsu fashions a massive narwhal from surrounding ice that jumps up and falls back down on the opponent. Though made entirely from inanimate ice, the beast releases a loud echoing moan as it rises. 9. - Shadow Leaf Dance (Kage Buyou)
A technique that first sends the opponent airborne while the user attaches to the opponent's shadow, leaving the opponent vulnerable to stronger attacks. 10. - Goken
Gōken is Gai's and Lee's characteristic fighting style, requiring great strength and speed, as well as mastering the opening of the eight chakra gates in the body to tap massive amounts of chakra at the cost of increasingly severe physical damage, and even death, to oneself. Gōken is the most basic form of Taijutsu. It aims at inflicting external damage and breaking bones.
Background Kakashi Hatake is known as the Copy Ninja Kakashi or Sharingan Kakashi, referring to the Sharingan in his left eye and his use of it in battle, which has allowed him to copy more than one thousand jutsu. Kakashi's Sharingan eye is not his own; it originally belonged to his former teammate and friend, Obito Uchiha. Though he reportedly has many hobbies, the one pastime seen most is his reading of "Icha Icha Paradise" ("Make out Paradise"), an adult and probably pornographic novel authored by Jiraiya that is a runaway bestseller in the Naruto world. Kakashi most prominently reads it while training and speaking to his students. Guy serves as a perfect antithesis for Kakashi in personality, appearance, and technique. Unlike Kakashi, Guy had to work hard to achieve success as a ninja and mainly uses taijutsu. Kakashi, on the other hand, uses mainly ninjutsu and other techniques he copies with his Sharingan. Kakashi's personal life appears to be as much of a mystery as the face behind the mask he has worn for most of his ninja career. He has no living family, or at least none he cares to acknowledge, and he's confirmed that everyone he loves is already dead. Strengths:
As a member of the Hyuuga clan, Neji has a Byakugan, allowing him to see the chakra flow of others and block the flow upon contact with his Gentle Fist style. 3. -Gentle Fist (Juuken)
The inner coil system that transfers chakra around the body is very close and is essentially a part of all of the human body, including crucial organs. Members of the Hyuuga clan train in a special fighting style that requires the Byakuugan and excellent chakra control; through the Byakuugan they are able to see the opponent's inner coil system which they forcefully channel their own chakra into, causing severe damage to organs nearby. The technique earned its name because even a seemingly gentle, unimpressive hit can prove lethal.
4. -Eight Trigrams Empty Palm (Hakke Kūshō)

This jutsu is similar in practice to Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin, but has a specific target rather than a general area. To perform it, the user does a palm thrust at an opponent while expelling a large burst of chakra from their palm. This violently pushes the opponent away. The opponent does not need to be within reach of the user for the attack to be effective.
5. -Earth Wall Land Flip (Doton Doruki Gaeshi)
A technique where a user hits the ground and flips the ground to create a wall to defend from an attack.

This jutsu is much like Eight Trigrams: Sixty-Four Palms, but stops after the thirty-second hit. It closes off thirty-two specific chakra points on an opponent's body, effectively eliminating their ability to use chakra for quite some time and making it quite difficult for them to move. It begins with two heavy strikes, followed by four more, then eight, then sixteen, and then thirty-two. Each set of strikes is done at an increasing pace.
7. -Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin (Hakkeshō Kaiten)

This jutsu utilizes the chakra control gained through Gentle Fist training to release a huge amount of chakra from the user's chakra points when struck. The released chakra blocks any possible attack. The user then spins themselves rapidly to parry the attack, both creating a shield of chakra around themselves and tossing away any would-be attackers.

It begins with two heavy strikes, followed by four more, then eight, then sixteen, then thirty-two, and then sixty-four strikes. Each set of strikes is done at an increasing pace.
10. -Eight Trigrams: One-Hundred-Twenty-Eight Style (Hakke Hyaku Nijuha Sho)

This jutsu is the step between Hakke Rokujūyon Shō and Hakke Sanbyaku Rokujūichi Shiki. There are a lot of strikes in this attack, the strikes in a blur from the seed behind them.
11. -Eight Trigrams Three-Hundred-Sixty-One Style (Hakke Sanbyaku Rokujūichi Shiki)
(Hyuuga Clan Users Only)
This jutsu is considered the most powerful technique within the Hyuga clan, and is generally used as a last resort. When using this technique, the speed of the user is comparable to that of the Reverse Lotus. This jutsu allows the user to strike all 361 chakra points of the opponent, paralyzing them with each blow and instantly killing them upon the final hit.
12. -Hakke Shintenkuushou
Neji starts off with several blows to the enemy, using close-ranged empty palms. After, he sends them flying back with a very forceful one and then finishes with a devastating empty palm, using both hands to send thee blast to the enemy and just about crush them.
13. -Shin Hakke Rokujyuuyonshou
Neji throws several quick Juuken strikes, getting the enemy into the air, he then jumps behind him, hits him several more times, and repeats the process for a few seconds. He then uses a quick Kaiten to keep them in the air, and hits them with even more more blows, finishing with an upwards empty palm that shoots chakra into them and makes them fly into the air after the chakra is forced out of their body. There is so much chakra used in the empty palm, that the chakra is visible after leaving the enemy's body. Basically, this is a more painful version of the Eight Trigrams: Sixty-Four Palms move.
14. -Eight Gates Bombardment (Zesshou Hachimon Hougeki)
(Hyuuga Clan Users only)
This jutsu involves attacking and closing the eight life gates.
15. -Hakke Hazangeki
After closing off most or all of the enemy's chakra holes, Neji simply thrusts his hands into the enemy's stomach, forcing epic amounts of chakra into their closed off body. Once they reach their limit, the chakra bursts through them, ripping through their central chakra area, likely killing them, and shoots off, destroying anything in it's path. Like the Shin Hakke Rokujyuuyonshou, the chakra from the blast is visible and makes the enemy fly back.

4. -Body Flicker Technique (Shunshin no Jutsu )
This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination. Shisui Uchiha, one of the most talented Uchiha, was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" ("Shunshin no Shisui"), likely referring to this technique.
5. -Shadow Clone Technique (Kage Bunshin no Jutsu)
Unlike the regular bunshin no jutsu, Kage bunshin creates real clones, not just illusions. The power and chakra of the user is evenly distributed among the clones depending how many there are. This makes it impossible to decipher which is the real body. This clone can also attack. If this clone recieves a direct hit, it will disappear. This is treated as a forbidden jutsu but many advanced shinobi still know it. It is mainly a jounin level technique.
6. -Four Legs Technique (Shikyaku No Jutsu)
This technique gives some increase of strength and speed to
the user, as well as lengthening their nails into claws. Travel in this mode is somewhat similar to a dog's fast run. Users of this technique tend to act more feral when using it.
7. -Piercing Fang/ Double Piercing Fang (Tsuuga/ Gatsuuga)
A powerful taijutsu attack where the user spins towards the opponent with amazing speed, in an attempt to cut and scratch them with claws, fangs, etc. In most cases, performed by two or more people/animals at the same time. When using gatsuuga the user and his partner spin at a ferocious speed and deliver many powerful beast-like attacks when contact is made with the target. The force of this attack is strong enough to drill through stone.
8. -Juujuin Bunshin (Beast Human Clone)
A combination jutsu where the user has his animal partner transform into a perfect duplicate of himself or the user into the a duplicate of his partner. a loss in chakra concentration will result in a de transformation.
9. -Combination Transformation (Konbi Henge)
An advanced form of the Transformation Technique, the Combination Transformation transforms two users into one being. One user usually provides the chakra while the other performs the necessary hand seals. Naruto uses this with Gamabunta in their fight against Gaara's full Shukaku form to become a giant fox. Kiba and Akamaru use a variation of this technique in their fight against Sakon and Ukon, transforming themselves into a giant two-headed wolf. The Sound Four used this during the Chunin Exam to disguise themselves as the Kazekage's two bodyguard attendants (two in each).
**This jutsu takes form in another form called Jinjū Konbi Henge: Sōtōrō (Man-Beast Combination Transformation: Double Headed Wolf). In this version, the two (Inabi and Kenmaru) transform into a much bigger form than both of their sizes combined. The wolf stands nearly 40 feet tall and is heavy enough to crush even the strongest of some people. It's sense of smell is so acute, it can track a scent from miles away.
10. -Double Wolf Fang (Garōga)
After targeting an opponent, the two users perform a Man Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf to become a large, two-headed wolf. The two then perform a much more powerful Double Piercing Fang attack. Like the lesser version, they spin rapidly to attack their target. Unlike the previous version, they move so rapidly that they can't see where they're going, hence the reason for the earlier targeting. This move is powerful enough to sever a person in two and even dent a Rashomon gate. Even if they miss, the speed is so great that the air around them can actually cut their opponents.
Such power is not without its drawbacks, however. The strain of spinning at such a speed makes using the attack more than twice impossible. After the second use, both users are practically incapable of fighting.
11. -Hazy Moon (Oborozuki)
This jutsu involves using multiple ninken to attack your enemy, as well as a sharp weapon or tool from the performer. The ninken attack in a certain pattern and the owner finishes the combo with an upward slash.
12. -Shadow Leaf Dance (Kage Buyo)
A technique that first sends the opponent airborne while the user attaches to the opponent's shadow, leaving the opponent vulnerable to stronger attacks
13. -Human-Beast Combination: Sky Fang Attack (Juujuin Taijutsu Ougi: Tensouga)
This taijutsu involves two medium sized performers. It starts off by both of them using a piercing fang attack, but spin around each other as they would in a gatsuuga effect. However, as they rotate around each other, their attacks form together in high above their target and drill down towards it at high speeds. The attack drills a large hole in the earth below it about fifty feet before the controllers are able to stop.
14. -Condensed Piercing Fang (Soujin Rouga)
This jutsu is just a moderated form of the tsuuga or gatsuuga. One or two people start the forming drill attack, but the attack is much faster and more fierce. It hurts much more than the normal attack.
15. -Kuchiyose: Doton: Tsuiga no Jutsu (Summoning: Earth Release: Tracking Fang Technique)
This jutsu summons eight Ninken (ninja dogs) directly into the ground. The Ninken follow a scent given to them during the summoning and burst from the ground under it, grabbing whatever target happens to be there at the time.
16. -Flying Thunder God Technique (Hiraishin no Jutsu)
This jutsu was created by the Fourth Hokage and the reason behind his nickname, "The Yellow Flash of Konoha" (木ノ葉の黄色い閃光, "Konoha no Kiiroi Senkō"). It allows the user to move over large distances with ultra-high speed. Although it is often compared with the Body Flicker Technique, the speed of this jutsu is much greater. In principal, it is similar to the Summoning Technique, but instead sends the user somewhere rather than bringing something to them.
To activate this jutsu, the user needs a special seal or "jutsu formula" (術式, Jutsu-shiki?) to mark the destination. After this is done, the user can almost instantaneously transport himself to that location. The Fourth applied the formula in advance to weapons such as kunai. It is also possible to leave a formula in an area touched by the user.
17. -Raikiri (Lightning Edge)
This jutsu is an enhanced form of the One Thousand Birds (Chidori), and has the same, albeit more powerful, effect. Kakashi is the only one able to use it, and it is named as such because he once cut a lightning bolt with it before it hit the ground. This jutsu requires a larger amount of chakra and better chakra control. This is exemplified in their respective appearances. Whereas Chidori creates a large mass of chakra in one hand that appears near-white, the Lightning Blade is considerably more concentrated and appears in the normal blue color of chakra. Kakashi can only use this technique four times in a given day. Kakashi is able to spilt the Raikiri in two, holding the lightning chakra in each hand, when given mulltiple targets.
Background
As a member of the Inuzuka clan, Inabi has a dog companion. Inabi was given the dog by his mother when he was at the age of four, it being a puppy of his mother's and father's dogs. Inabi was mostly raised by his older sister, Hana, since his parents were always going on important missions. When Inabi was young he saw his father on occasion,but as he grew older he forgot what he looks like. When Inabi turned six, his sister was promoted to chuunin, also going out on important missions and having little time to spend with the family. Inabi and his dog, Kenmaru, live almost alone with each other, becoming best friends and companions. Inabi was one of the troublemakers of the shine academy, and still is. His goal is to become a ninja to finally meet his father and get to spend time with his family members on their missions. He also wants to possibly become an ANBU black ops member.
