Ello, PPS!

A few of us decided that since the Christmas Event went so well, we wanted to do a second one, except time, it will be for Valentine's Day!

But oh snaps! You're not going to be a Secret Valentine, or Secret Cupid... No, we were more original than that! You're going to be...

A Clandestine Valentine! *insert clapping and roaring applause here* =D!

Here are the rules [which must be followed in order to participate]:

1) If you want to participate, it is mandatory that you post a wishlist that follows the rules. These wishlists will the be added to the front page before the event begins so that you don't have to search the thread.

Chibi and I decided to drop the whole "gift" part altogether, so we're only doing craft! <333 That makes it easier on everyone's wallets and has more of a sentimental value to it <3

Ok! Gift giving is completely optional, and it doesn't even have to be to your own Valentine! If you feel up to it, choose somebody, look at their wishlist and get them a gift!
Even if you don't plan on giving gifts, go ahead and post your wishlist. Somebody might want to give you a gift.

2) Those who said they wanted to participate in Secret Santa but didn't, without backing out, will not be allowed to participate this time. It wasn't fair to those who didn't receive gifts last time.

3) The spending limit is 1k - 5k, so please remember that when posting your wishlists. You [as the buyer] maybe spend more if that is what you want, but you do not have to. (SEE ABOVE EDIT POST)

4) Those who have signed up will receive a PM sometime in early February asking if you still want to participate. PLEASE, if you don't, a simple no is all it takes. DON'T JUST NOT GIVE A GIFT. If you do not reply by February 10th, you will be removed from the list, so make sure you respond promptly!

5) The sign-up deadline is January 31st and NO LATER. You will have a couple of days after that to alter wishlists. But if you don't have a wishlist, you'll be asked why in the confirmation PM.

Oh, and one last thing...

6) This event will be themed for Valentine's Day. You cannot have any items on your wishlist that aren't pink, white, purple, or red [note: these colors can be the dominant color on an item, such as a shirt that is blue and purple]. Please post at least 3 - 5 items on your wishlist that meet this criteria.

Valentine's Day Craft:

We decided that on top of also making this Event, we wanted to do a "Valentine's Day Card" sort of thing, like they commonly do for Valentine's Day. But we realized that this is Gaia, and thus, we are very limited. You can't really make a card, since all we have are PMs.

But we did decide on something else: Valentine's Day Craft!

It consists of a do-it-yourself treat for your Valentine. Sounds easy? Well, kinda =D

The catch is is that it has to be COMPLETELY made by yourself (meaning, it has to be 100% of YOUR OWN WORK!) You can't buy something from the minishops and send it out.

Remember: IF YOU ARE PARTICIPATING IN THE GIFT PART OF THE EVENT YOU ARE ALSO PARTICIPATING IN THIS EVENT!!!!!

Don't worry if it doesn't look or sound perfect. It's the thought that counts, especially on this holiday! The point is to have fun, and if you create a masterpiece in the process, kudos to you!

And of course, these will all be sent on Valentine's Day <3. That day, we will all sign onto the mule and send our crafts out. That way, it will still be annoymous until we reveal who we are at the party.

Okay, judging by some of the names on the wishlist, I think a little point has been missed. Everything on your wishlist must be either red, white, pink or purple or that must be one of the dominating colors of the item in question. So you can't ask for a blue shirt that doesn't have one of the aforementioned colors on it. You could, however, probably squeeze by if a shirt was half-purple/red/white/pink and half blue.
