Appearance: The front of the tower will appear as in this picture; 
The tower's height is the same as the tower 100 yards tall. The back half appears like this;
The tower is split exactly in half. down the center for this changing appearance. It overviews everything within the town but is beset with many technilogical defences that make it very difficult to attack and very difficult to land onto it's top as the top is first of all an orb with very little walk space around it and basically lots of electronic stuff that would ******** you up bad.
The ground floor or where there is public events is here where you walk into. The basic appearance is as such you walk in and are presented ata fancy looking desk in which you sign up for one of many things. You can go no further than this without signing in. (the entire tower is more electronic than stone.)
The signin sheet looks like this:
Name: Area1, Area2, Area3, Area4, Upstairs
Area1= A resturaunt
Area2= A club
Area3= A gym
Area4= An indestructible fighting ring (imagine something of the dark tournaments arena from Yu Yu Hakusho if you will.)
Upstairs will be in the market area.
And the final location is The closest thing to home the Takehitsu has. There are two pieces to it. One his Workshop and second is utterly his private quarters in which no one has ever seen other than himself. It is built to be a reflection of his soul and is probably more dear to him than anything else he's ever had.

Area1-The Restaurant. For those who say they are moving here to have the delightful occasion of eating of the foods that are not normal to this dimension they will be taken into an area where the design is Japanese but somehow spreads outward and utterly is fit for anyone of any and every cultural background. It's initial look is this:  It has a special European area formed after the british ballroom restaurant form where rich people would normally coalesce and have their formal meeting;  One of the most frequented locations is the traditional French location that puts all you can eat buffet's to shame, as tradition in France is if you fiish your plate than it's an insult to the chef as he has not made enough to satisfy your hunger. Thus challenging him to make more;  The final area is a German based design where many pwopl find themselves staring at the cieling as they drain large pints and boots of alcoholic beverages;

Area2- The club The club is a typical club with all things anyone would find at any club however this one is different than all as it has many unique features. The floos seem to disapear and reflect upon those standing upon it. Lights falsh all orts of colorse all around as hundreds of strobelights exist within the structure. The bar is not just one but there is one on each wall with bartenders who do fancy tricks and invent drinks. They are even supplied with alcohols from Takehitsu's dimension. Asid from this the dancefloor is amazig as it reads the emotions of those dancing upon it and will shift making couples dance above or even under the floor. It will also cause people to get more of a sense of freedom. There is freedom for all people to dance here from ancient beigs who dance with the fancy twostep all the way to Takehitsu's generation where dancing with flashy lights and rubbing body's against eachother is considered light. If someone should dance to the point of collapse the room will put them into an empty chair so they never truly fell utterly it will force them to sit and take a break but in a kind helpfull manner. The only form of dancing not accepted is that which spawns violence. Thus the many bouncers which take the form of statues within the walls. These things are summoned should the room sudgest violence. OOC: Sorry there where no viable pictures for this pther than the bouncers;

Area3-the gym The Gym is typical of all gyms only it has more af a virtual reality feel to it as it has many virtual reality forms of training which tend to work better than the typical workout.

Area4 The indestrucable Arena This Arena is unique as internally it looks like the typical arena like in Yu Yu Hakusho's Dark Tournament Saga. Hoever Outside it's a massive ball of strange metalic Ghantak that everyone can see through. This Area is actually under the ground but has the appearance and effect of an outside open arena.  Takehitsu walked in still hefting Light. The robot receptionist noting him looked somewhat alarmed, "Master do you need help?"
"Just open the door." Takehitsu said and it responded in kind by sticking it's arm into the wall and twisting something for about 30 seconds. The wall to it's right shifted revealing a hidden elevator.
Takehitsu walked in with Light and waited as it would take them up to his chamber. Takehitsu had no fear of shwing Light his general workspace which had so much around it that he was bound to have questions. The dorrs opened and Takehitsu walked Light to a very comfertable chair that responded to ghought to change position. It was alike to Jello. Light merely had to feel slightly more comfertable and it would shift slightly untill he didn't want that or was suddenly less comfertable than it would find the most preffered point. It just wouldn't let him lay down because Takehitsu put in a signal stating he was wounded. Takehitsu walked into a small mess of tables dissapearing amongst the machines. a minute later he came back with a vile of his blue drank.

"So this is what's inside here..."
The half-angle muttered as he shifted his eyes around to glance at everything. He could feel his body resonate with various devices. Simply being within the tower was restoring his energy. Laying down would help as well.
"Seems I've been pushing myself hard lately. Those Vaste Lorde...such headaches."
He sighed, relaxing a bit. He didn't want to fall asleep on his friend just yet.

Takehitsu nodded with understanding. He handed the drink to Light. This drink is most unique. Itfills the body so the drinker does not need to eat or drink for a week. It also restores the users energy. Although the more energy needing to be restored the sooner they wil be hungry and thirsty again. It also helps heal a little faster but that usually isn't very noticable. If Light Drinks it it would feel very odd going down the throat. Like it was anormal drink only the senses are numbed as it goes down making it feel like it isn't down. The body knows it is so the person normally doesn't cough or gag. It only does this the first few times.
"You're tellin me my fight with that woman was most interesting. I however want to end them being over Riverrun like a plague." He waited untill Light would be lively enough to stand on his own and feel a lot better. This wouldn't take but a few minutes.
OOC: BTW if you are reading along Halibel does not have the ability you described where she cannot be cut by a blade that has made contact with her sword. I'm up to date with the manga. It's just that no one ever gets close enough to cut her and she's probably the most skilled swordsman of the Vaste Lord.

"Hmm...."
He was a bit hesitant to take the drink but hey, why not? He'd nod and sip down the drink, gradually tipping the cup up to swallow most of it down by the time Takehitsu was done speaking.
"Guh...odd..." Light muttered. He wasn't sure what that drink was doing to him but it felt weird...although he also felt his energy restore itself. Potions weren't his favorite but they sure did the trick. If only it was that easy to match their opponents ridiculous abilities.
"That Halibel...I wasn't able to observe her too much. I was fighting with Inferno..." He lowered his brow and pushed his shades up. He was not pleased with Inferno being his enemy again. Not only was he an enemy but so was another one of his friends, David. It was sad but the fighters of Riverrun had a duty to do.
"I fear we cannot outright defeat our enemy."
Light's voice came out stronger this time. His fatigue was steadily slipping away. "Those devices...those things the Vaste Lorde were after. Stark said that they were the key to giving them unlimited power. Essentially their realm of existence could stretch across the various planes and dimensions so they could always be at full power. Perhaps there is a way to seal them...imprison them someplace where they cannot fight."

Takehitsu listened this was not information he was privy too.
"Plausable but I have neither the resources or the time for that at this moment. However I have set up devices that could in fact counteract their devices. At three seperate sights I found where the connection of their world Hueco Mundo is unnaturally, or naturally, weaker and closer to this dimension. I did my calculations by observation and amped it a bit. It also just so happens that these are the three sights of their appearance I don't think it's coincidence just further evidence." As Takehitsu spoke he pushed a device where the whole room darkened and a massive map of the city and surround areas in great detail showed Light what he was talking about. It gave energy readings and all sorts of mathematical calculations.
It also showed Three devices all identical which Takehitsu had place dthere. Their current power and a blue bar saying ready and armed for activation.
"Considering the Vaste Lorde's haven't attempted to return and annihilate them yet I can guess one of three things. Either one they don't care about us anymore... However I find that hard to believe especially considering Inferno is one of them now. Or two they are so happy over their victory they overlooked my devices thinking themselves to be unstoppable now. These three massive engines when activated..." He paused so the map could give a video based image and a little movie.
The engines turned Red and fired beams up to make a triangle. The center of the triangle grew to a gigantic ball of horrendous looking energy. The ball was easily far bigger than the city of Riverrun many times over. The ball then Launched slowly as the corners let the beams continue. A rift appeared at the end of each beam now. The rift then crackd and opened a massive hole which showed Hueco Mundo. Takehitsu had not seen Hueco Mundo but Light had. (I think Light did, I'm going off the presumtion that he was there already) Light would recognize the image. The Bal than flew at incredible speed into the hole. Through the massive gate they could see a massive explosion and destruction of the likes the Vaste Lords would be very displeased if they even stayed alive.
"This massive weapon is only the first phase of my assault. This tower will be left with the bear minimum of it's required robots for servicing. Primarily the ones that can't fight anyway."
Then the Tower began to change shape. Many upon many Platforms came out then folded making it look like horns had emerged from it's sides. The top opened up like a gun. The gigantic Robot that loomed over them inside the room Launched out of the top. Hundreds upon thousands of others all the way to the bouncers in the club area all launched looking like a vaste army of robots all led by the one massive one Flew into the portal. Then the tower changed back aside from the very top which out of that Flew a ball of energy. Inside that energy was Takehitsu and a line that said other allies willing to join the invasion.
"I plan to give Hueco Mundo a taste of their own medecine as well as my wrath which I have never unleashed upon this scale before. First they stole my best friend and second they attempted to kill many others. I'm still not sure if they succeeded or not. I will make them pay. They will never again ome here after the damages I lay upon Hueco Mundo. Especially if we whipe out everything in that damned place."
Takehitsu had explained his elaborate plan. It was fully thought out. (Could easily be the next arc in Riverrun. Call it Takehitsu's wrath if you will ^^ )

The half-angel was impressed and respectfully intimidated by the mechanical army. Even he wasn't sure if he'd be willing to take it on. At least not by himself. Thankfully Takehitsu was on their side.
"That Dark Elf...I think it would be wise to involve him with your plan if we can trust him. I'll assist you if I can but my strengths are more focused on the supernatural. I don't know much about machines. There's also another man, Seijuro. I believe he knows some dimensional magic. He would be useful to us as well.
You are right when you say there isn't much time. Like you said I doubt they have disregarded us as a threat...they're probably preparing themselves to wipe us out completely as well."
Light stood up and stretched a bit. He felt better already. It was also good that he had eaten before he came here or his hunger would have grown exponentially again. He'd still have to take care of his clothing and whatnot. Especially if he were to ask the help of others.

Takehitsu nodded and watched and listened. The image played a few times over. "Honestly all this could be done now in reality. The allies are for fighting the survivors. The machines are powerful yes but honsestly I do not think they are enough. By the small sensors I attached to the energy array which allowed it to send small little bug liek spies to their world. The place is huge and has so many enemies that if merely 1/50th of it remains my mechanical army will be outnumbered. Numbers wont stop my army though there are many weaklings. However there are also many powerful ones. I need no help with the dimensional rift I need people who are willing to take the fight to them. Enough of Hueco Mundo harrassing this city. We need to harass them in a manner that shows we are not a spot on the map but a hornets nest when buggered. I need everyones help for any fighting ability's whatever weapons. Everything they;ve got. This is a war not our average fight against a big menace. We are fighting many menaces who are all generals to their own army's. I want to crush them all in one fell swoop. Let's go find the others." He finished hiw little motivation speech.
OOC: And now to bed lol bad work hours tomorrow.

"Hm...unfortunately we don't have a choice. I don't know if our lives were spared because of fate or fortune...I guess we'll find out."
Light pushed his shades up and smirked to Takehitsu, propping his thumb up as his body was consumed in a small flame. The fire would disperse quickly to reveal Light's body and clothing looking as good as new. Now that he was at 100% he was ready to go.
