Zachary Quinto. I was sitting there, picturing someone to be James, someone sinister, someone who can politely discuss someone's demise...and I thought of Zachary Quinto, and Zachary Quinto alone.  To really see what I mean, you'd have to see him in Heroes, he really nails Jame's part there. He practically IS James there. What do you think? He's not amazing looking (my friend would disagree, but just in general) but James is not supposed to look fantabulously gorgeous.

Nah, I've always been a fan of Cillian Murphy.
That bit in 28 Days Later where he goes on a killing rampage to save his friends is very James.
