So I've been taking a class at our local university (I'm a high school student but through a program I was able to take the class). It's a 3D modeling and animation class. I've finished with my final project but now I have to render it. And my computer won't let me render it at home because I don't have some hair plugin on my version at home that I need (because the animated character has hair *le gasp*). So I'm here in this cold computer lab and have been for 30 minutes and I'm not even half way done. Not even close. I'm going to be here for at least 3 hours and I forgot my book. s**t. I love animating. I love modeling. I hate rendering. Hate it, hate it, hate it.

This has nothing to do with your post (asides: YOUR IN HIGH SCHOOL?! ALREADY?!!!!): ;lkj
Why I typed ;lkj is because your poll is the left hand going from L -> R, therefore I did the right hand going from R -> L. xD

Hydra, what prog do you use? I'm Maya proficient, maybe I can help you optimize your render times. Do you use mental ray or V-ray?

I don't think I had to deal with rendering when I did animations in my Grade 8 computers class. That's probably because we were using pretty low-grade programs and all the animations were stick people, but oh well.

It's a program that's really popular in Europe. @Mr.O: You were probably doing 2D. Or flash. Really, flash sucks. Those things don't really take any time to render. I should post my final project...
