Cause unless Kishimoto secretly released a chapter early this week cause he's not scedualed to release one this week because of hollidays there's a 0% chance of that happening because Sasuke is now fighting Itachi and Naruto is being held in the forest by Tobi.

If you read the manga sasuke and itachi have a final fight itachi loses alot of blood he is dieing and he pokes sasukes head like normally

If you really had raed it you'd know that Itachi and Sasuke were fighting, and Itachi died of blood loss and over chakra use from using the mangekyou sharingan too much. He ran out of chakra. When you have zip chakra, you die.

I read the manga and have been from the very beginning and find it funny that NO ONE kills itachi... he just dies while fighting Sasuke... so yeah... no one killed him, he pretty much killed himself...
