The purpose of this topic is to ask your opinion on certain controversial and political issues. If you don't have something nice to say about smeone elses opinion, don't say anything at all, unless you have something else that's constructive to say.

As long as they're happy and don't force it on me, I think it's fine. >.>

I really don't care much for it. If they want to get married then let them. Hmmm, I guess that would mean I'm for it...

Sorry, but no. I don't like the idea of gay marriage because it undermines traditional marriage.

I think marriage is stupid to begin with, but I don't see any reason why someone shouldn't be allowed to marry, gay or not. I've seen more than a few unhappy couples in my time, and if they'd like to experience misery, I say let them.

For it. I'm pretty sure it would be unconstitutional to have a law agianst it anyway...

I don't like the idea of gay marriage because it undermines traditional marriage. f**k tradition! it's not like your every day life is traditional, what are you OMISH!!!! (did i spell that right?) once upon a time it wasnt "TRADITION" for sports players to be of color, or for women to have jobs, or vote nothing these day's is of tradition! What I mean by traditional marriage is a a timeless concept. It so happens to be a core of my beliefs in the sociological area. Kids are best off in a stable family (no offense, but statically, gay couples aren't so stable) and have a parent from both sexes. If not, then later in life the kids might have trouble relating to people. To me, marriage is more than just a contract with tax benefits.

Who says gay couples aren't stable? There are quite a number of straight couples that would be considered unstable, I'd imagine.
I'm for it.

Wataru_is_love Who says gay couples aren't stable? There are quite a number of straight couples that would be considered unstable, I'd imagine. I'm for it. Statistics show that gay couples tend to be more unstable than heterosexual couples. I know there are bound to exceptions, but you don't make a law just for exceptional cases.
