I'm trying to collect a peaceful song from each of the monotheistic faiths Christianity, Islam, and Judaism. I found the Christian one, Lord of the Dance, and the Muslim one, A is for Allah, but I can't find a good Jewish one. Could someone help me?

"Lord of the Dance"! I love that song. It's in our ancient 70s songbook and I like to sing it. xd
"Dance, dance, wherever you may be. I am the Lord of the dance said He. And I'll lead you all, wherever you may be, yes I'll lead you all in the dance said He." From memory. 3nodding

Dark Lord M Britomartis-the-Valiant I know we own plenty of CDs of Jewish songs, but they're all Messianic Jewish. Sorry I can't help. What's wrong with those? They wouldn't count because they're not of the Jewish orthodox religion. Messianic means Christian (accepting Jesus as the Messiah).

Muslims believe that Jesus is the Messiah, just not the Son of God because it interferes with the "belief of one god". They don't really understand the the trinity means that the Ghost, Jesus, and Father are all one thing; kind of like how the Hindus believe all their gods are one supreme being in many forms.

Messiah means something very important for the Jews. Messiah means savior and it's clear from Genesis that the promised Messiah would save people from sin. But because every sin is not only against another person (or oneself) but also against God, only God could be the Messiah because how can one forgive sins against someone else?
