Is unleashing(or aligning) my chaka a good way to develop my psychic power since being a psychic basicly means having a lot of energy?

Aligning one's chakras is helpful for a lot of things. I suppose that doing an exercise to clear and open the third eye could help any potential psychic powers. Of course if you have no innate ability you'd need to do some exercises in tandem to really get too much effect.
I guess I could give a better answer if I knew exactly what you meant by psychic, how much natural talent you have, and what else you are doing to help hone any skill.
Still aligning and opening your chakras could help, but I don't think it would do it without some other practices. Also while you can work with your chakras by yourself, if you don't have any training or experience then I'm not sure how effective you could be. After all the first time we try to do things we often don't succeed.
