okay.. so Amandur heart heart heart crying crying crying left a generous donation to the well. and I'm trying to figure out what I should do with it all. considering that we haven't really been keeping up on the suggestion thread and what not. I know of 2 people so far that still need to be donated to that were recently suggested. D3lir1um and somethingtrue.
So, the question is... do I hold onto the funds until we actually come up with a person to donate to... or, do I donate to those two, and then divided the funds between all the semi-active members? and who constitutes as semi-active?
the other topic at hand is...
It feels like the well has fallen into disrepair.. it sometimes goes days without posts... or the only post being in the word association thread. neutral
not that we can truly help that with everyone being busy with school, and work, and other real world activities. but maybe we can get some more people to join. get the well active again so we can have plenty of people to donate. and if we can, then should I hold onto the funds donated?
I'm no good at making decisions... xp

Oh man! Good questions.
Well I don't know if we'll ever come up with a name
and so donating to both sounds good since both will be selected eventually and also probably right after the other.
It's funny how we don't have anything to really talk about so the only thing we have to keep the well alive is the word association lol

I agree with DQ on the donation decision.
Yeah.. inactivity's increasing. I miss the good ol' days. Sorry, I'm at fault too... though even when I do visit there's not much to post to.. D:

I'm sorry sweatdrop I've been guilty of coming in only to post on the word association thread. sweatdrop It's just sometimes I only have a minute & it's the easiest thread to post on. razz
Sadly, I'm no good at making decisions either so I can't really be of much help. :XP
I think making threads like somethingtrue's would help inactivity. Maybe have a chatting thread where the first person on page 10 had to donate to Mr. Wishing Well. xd Or a few more game type threads...like story making or something...since the word association one is doing so well.
I have to run again! gonk But if I think of anything else I'll be back! smile

Where did all the people go? I still see inconnu, toka, coolness, and DQ around from back then, but where's cujo, amanda left TTATT;;, spam man, mozarella, hooey, sesshy, kai-pie (i see him around a little...still), darkie... and anyone else i missed xD;;

I thought it was gonna go to the wishing thread too...but some more extra gold...I won't complain sweatdrop the Well's most generous gift was more than awesome though already. sweatdrop I hate to sound ungrateful...but gold is soooo shiny! xd
All the guilds I'm in have gone way down in activity...I think maybe I've got a guild curse or something... sweatdrop

really its more like because we haven't even suggested someone else since the last donatee... and since everyone in the well is a donatee... I decided a 20k donation to everyone who posted was appropriate. see what happens when I make decisions sweatdrop
and there is plenty to go around. even if 40 people posted, we'd still have gold left over. xp
