I need help from Astral Projectors so i can astral project because I have no clue what it feels like so I never know if I'm "in" or "out". Please post here to give me advice. Other advice seekers, post here 2.

when you find your inner calm which is done when meditating imagine a door or a window some visable barrier which can be opened and visualize urself going through it and if you can get through the object your out of your body. I do not recommend leaving your body without a sprit guide present or something could attack you and hurt your soul ad if you do leave without a spirit guide don't go far.

Personally, I don't recommend trying to do it on purpose. They are a myriad of ways to get hurt. Every time I've "gone out" it has been with my guardian angel in tow and it was on God's business.

Why and when and how do spirit guides and/or guardian angels contact us? well from my experience they like it when your happy and are belived to dance on your laughter. they love when your room is in order and not cluttered not that it has to be spotless. It just needs to be organized. also the atmosphere my generate lve and peace if there is negative energy in your meditation area then the chance of them are less unless you've been in contact and it understands. and to answer ur question how do you get them to come? It's simple ask them to. just say "Spirit guide can you please protect me from the things that want to cause me harm and to teach me what I should learn." something like that and also this will not work if you try to make yourself see something instea let go and feel the great feling of this divine pressence show you what you want. hope this is helpful good luck so mote it be.

Other advice seekers, post here 2. ah, the classic predicament, you can only astral project your spirit, the spark of life, which manifests as the mind. and you can only do that if you are able to disconect from your life. its complicated, i would suggest some herbal, relaxitive teas, a meditative state, and some incense. also i would suggest trying to first move your spirit out of your body peice by peice, like removing your pinky from your finger, thats how i started.

as well, you might want to try some basic wind energy meditations, as the basic element for travel, and movement, and invisibility are all combined in that dominant element. you will want to make sure you have a good handle on that energy to sustain your control over your projection.
