Me and my friend are selling a guild that we had gotten but it didn't work out for us. If you would like to purchase the guild for 21,000 gold or best offer. If you are interested in it, PM me

20,000(cost of a guild)+2,500(cost of 1 subforum)+1,300(donations)-1,800(discount because i want to sell this guild asap)=21,000

Take it from me, someone who buys and sells guilds for a "living" on Gaia, you will not get 21k for it, sorry. To be honest, a guild like that, I would be lucky to sell for like 18/19k.
