Anyone here been to or heard of UMass Band Day? It's a day when a whole bunch of Massachusetts (and some NH and CT too, I think) high school bands go to University of Massachusetts to perform a humongous halftime show with the band there. It's so much fun! heart My high school band went every year. This year I'm at UMass, so I get to watch (but not participate, sadly -- I'm not marching this year).

Well, as a side note.....anyone here been to DMA (Drum Major Academy) taught by George Parks? Cuz he's the great and all-powerful band director here at UMass.....
