Results: It is better to hit on 14, rather than stay. (27% win -vs- 18% win)

27% - Win
7% - Push
Stay on 14:
82% - Lose
18% - Win
Hit on 13:
64% - Lose (30% Bust)
30% - Win
6% - Push
