I would love them to make a Twilight movie. There is only one problem. I'm the worst book to movie fan ever. I know that they have to leave stuff out to keep the movie short and everything, but I'm horrible. Seriously, I watched Eragon for the first time last night, and I'm a big fan of the books, but they left out and changed so much! I'm not saying it was horrible... But it was. And A Series of Unfortunate Events? I think thats the worst one. Harry Potter, they do a good job for the most part. I've never read or seen Blood and Chocolate, but I heard it was horrible. And I won't even watch an anime of my favorite manga because they changed so much in it.
What about you guys? Are you as bad as me? Or do you even care as long as there's a movie?

To be honest, I dont watch a lot of book movies...
Not a HP fan, never read Eregon, nor Blood and Chocolate, but I have heard terrible, terrible things about it.
I have to say though, from my understanding of pieces of the LOTR books, those movies were very very good. Not that Twilight would be taken as seriously as LOTR, but still.
And A Series of Unfortunate Events...that wasnt anything like the book at all, was it? I think they only took the characters and twisted the plot until it was their own creation...so that wouldnt be good.
I support the movie, but I recognize the possibility of it being horrendous.

I own Eragon, but never read the book. I heard they left alot out.
I don't read Harry Potter, just watch the movies. And, I also heard the left alot out of it.
And, as for Blood and Chocolate.. I want to buy the DVD, even though I've heard they left alot out of it as well. My friend said it was a pretty good DVD.
I don't mind the movie, just as long as Danielle Panabaker isn't Bella. If she is, they'll have to drag me to that freakin' theater. Then, I'll be pissed through the whole movie! D;<<<<<<<
I'm sure many of you have seen who I want to cast as whom, so I won't list it again. xD

Well, I'd be interested in seeing the end product.
AND IF WE HATE IT, WE CAN PRETEND IT NEVER HAPPENED.
...isn't the human mind wonderful?

ya It's the same with me. Hopefully it won't turn out like the movie of Ella Enchanted died. Talk about horrible transition from book to movie.

ehh.. I'm sort of worried about the movie...just a bit. The people casting the movie did read the books, so they should know what they need to add/include and such...which is a plus. They just need to find actors to fill the parts.
Most books to movies aren't very good. Unfortunate Events, Eragon, Blood and Chocolate...the list goes on...they all didn't follow the story line at all. It was very disappointing (I'd have to say that Blood and Chocolate was the worst). I have no clue what to expect from this movie coming out...but I can only with for the best.

book to movie NEVER TURNS OUT WELL. book to movie examples (keep in mind, i luv all these books): hp was ok, eragon SUCKED, ella enchanted SUCKED, the list goes on and on and on. i am completely against twilight as a movie because then the book would be too well known, like harry potter was. i like it much better when its almost secretive. the only way i could possibly accept this concept is if it was independant, had GREAT casting and acting, and didnt have a lot of publicity.

I don't know, I just think of it as movies with the same title as the book that way if it sucks like Blood and Chocolate did then I'm not as dissapointed! ^_^
