I have anit-nausea pills now but before I got them I'd typically just try to sleep it off.

The last time I was all pukey, I sat in the sun/shade for 5 hours straight and just...full-out lazed. And ate a lot of sugar. I felt tons better after! Popsicles and ice cream are the best. Sugar or not, rest is probably the best thing (other than drugs).

To me its up to what I'm willing to do. Normally I drink clear liquids in hope that it'll settle. But sometimes if I want faster relief I just start praying to the porcelain goddess. As bad as it is, once you force it out, you won't have to anymore. I like throwing up when I want to, not when it just happens. Just my two cents.

I could force myself to do it but I try my best not to throw up at all. Whenever I throw up, because of the pressure, all the blood vessels around my eyes and cheeks and...well...all over my face, really, break so it looks like someone has beaten me or stabbed me hundreds of times with a needle. It's awful, so I try to just keep it down.
