Can anybody tell me what Shamisen is >.<

In August 2006, Yoshiki (formerly in X Japan) announced at Otakon that he would start a band with Gackt (formerly in Malice Mizer).[1] In December of the same year, it was reported that Sugizo (formerly in Luna Sea) might be joining the group as the third member.[2] On May 25, 2007, at the JRock Revolution festival in Los Angeles, Skin was eventually announced, including the previously discussed artists, as well as Miyavi (formerly in Dué le Quartz). Yoshiki confirmed that the group will release an album and that rough recordings of several songs were made in March 2007.[3] The band gave its debut performance on June 29, 2007 at the Anime Expo in Long Beach, California, with Ju-ken, bassist of Gackt's support band GacktJob on bass.[4][5]

Yeah good point I don;t know, but I hope it works out for a while anyways...and if it doesn't I hope they can all still like each other!

Lol, I hope so..that they tour America. Do you have the link for one of their good performances where you can actually hear them playing and not fans screaming?

I think Gackt and Miyavi could get along better than people think. ^o^;;

Sometimes fans forget that Miyavi wasn't always so "out there" - he was just your fairly normal, talented, and insanely pretty guitarist in Due Le Quartz. So he and Gackt have a connection from when they were both in visual bands.

If worse comes to worse, they can always talk about Mana. XD
