the girls didnt have much of the spotlight in naruto, but we got to see THEM.
which character has changed the most since then.
I personally thing sakura has changed alot since the naruto series. shes more powerful and more womanly. its also a plus that she doesnt beat up naruto for any and every little thing 3nodding 3nodding 3nodding

I'd have to say Sakura-san as well. At first, she was annoying, helpless, and a burden too me, but now that's she's grown up, she shines in her newly developed courage (*cough episode 22 much?*cough*) and shows that she actually learned something that will be put to good use. Sorry for the bashing before, it's my own opinion.
As for the other girls, we've only seen Ten Ten so far(in the anime), and the only way that she's changed (in my opinion) is that she's learned more weapon-type jutsu and personality wise.. I think she's just gotten more mature..? I can't really tell.
Well, that's it for me.

Sakura really changed. Not only in outfit but in spirit as well.
We didn't see much of her at the latter part of the original series seeing that she was training under the Fifth Hokage. But her strength really made a drastic change in Shippuden. Gone was the timid and defenseless Sakura!

let me see...:
Sakura: not a background character anymore, she's changed alot since her long hair days.
Tenten: not really changed, just older.
Hinata: has reverted back to her shy days again. grown older, body much more matured.
Ino: still does absolutly nothing! D< she now way worse than Sakura! if you have read the manga you will see what i mean. im sorry Ino fans, but she did nothing to help against Hidan nor Kakuzu, she just stood there and did nothing! Chouji did more than she did and he barely did anything!
Temari: we really dont see her in action any more, i mean the only thing we know is that shes a jounin now, and really like Shikamaru.

She and Naruto are now compatible working together and spending time together. She did mature, and her 'inner-sakura' sort of merged with her regular personality, making her even more spunky. xD

Sakura-chan, she's not so helpless and she doesnt always need someone to rescue her. Also, I love how its like how her and inner sakura have combined into one person, because now sakura is much better at showing how she feels. She's also not over lecturing naruto all the time. Her outfit and her headband and hair is pretty awesome too, much more spikey, and she's much more helpful during an injury instead of sitting there with the person all the time, she can also handle herself better, and when encountering sasuke she didn't act the way she used to around him, and its not just because they're on opposing sides, she also takes better care of naruto to understand him.

Though she was showing signs of change in the Naruto I arc... it's like... the transition is complete, or something. xd

Definately Sakura.
At first, I didn't like her at all. She came off as shallow, helpless, annoying, and a bit of a b***h. But she developed and grew, and in the end, she got exactly what she needed: Three years of hard training with no Sasuke in sight.
