Goal: To invent new species of plants for both food and health reasons.
Magic: Has the ability to make plants grow on a whim, although the plant needs to have both sunlight and water to make it happen. For example, on a dry cloudy day, it would be nearly impossible to make something grow.
Clothing: Always seen with two vines intertwined with her fringe, brown fingerless gloves, a green corset, a long green skirt that tilts to one side, a hip bag which stores a multitude of things, and a pair of dirty, worn brown boots that lace up the front.
Personality: Somewhat eccentric, Mariabella's moods can vary as much as the weather. At one moment she can be very loud and friendly, where the next she can be very quiet and calculating, although rarely for evil purposes. Normally quick to make friends due to her normally welcoming demeanor, she will keep her friends close and stay very loyal, but her trust, once broken or taken for granted, it's nearly impossible to get it back.

Scales: Green with white speckles, wings with white tips
Special Features: Fur on his head, ankles, the tip of his tail, and a large wingspan
Personality: Unlike his Keeper, Petiole is very shy and somewhat nervous about his surroundings. While he might not be able to talk, he makes his feelings known... especially when Mariabella does something he isn't too fond of. Acting almost like her conscience, he sits on her shoulder and chirps to himself or to his Keeper, shying away from other dragons and people.
