well, there were some who would, but definitely not a controlled guild like this one - before we were official we had some problems with people busting in and yelling at us and stuff.... but they can't really do that and get away with it here. razz

in answer to the questions it's simply because they can be thier true selves. they have nothing to prove to anyone but themselves.

people in real life have to put on a mask because that's what the world wants. remember, satan wants us to go with the crowd and be like everybody else. which is bad. we should be who we are else we aren't honest with others or ourselves. (my spiel) stare

PERFECT CURSE why is it that the guys online or in here are nicer then the guys that are at dances or school or even in the wards I've lived in? it stinks Are you kidding? I've met more creeps online than in the real world.
Sure, there are ridiculously idiotic guys out there, but most of them reside on the internet.
Besides, you can punch guys in the real world if they're being a little too obnoxious.

Well, I think that a very large amount of guys on here are either nerds or geeks. They are also very anti-social and are more than likely to be the "kid who sits by himself". Then again, you have no idea who is accually behind the mask, it could be another girl, or a 40 year old man. This is my true and honest opinion, I am sorry if this offended anyone.

I really think it is true that people change because of the people that they are around but me I think that I am just the same around anybody. loud and uterly weird.

I think it depends on the person. In stake conference last sunday we had a talk about Images, and how there are different images in every one's life *goes to get notes* : Truth Image(Who you REALLY are) Belief Image(Who you THINK you are) Exposed Image(What you show to others) and Hero Image(What you want to become, which for members we hope it is Christ)
The speaker went on to explain that if we want our lives to be whole(or something like that, I can't think of the right word) We need to align the different images so that they are one, rather than a distorted image that Satan can play with(I'm not quoting, and I can't remember everything even though I heard it twice in one day)
Truthfully a lot of people's Exposed image and truth image are completely different, which is what Satan wants so he can manipulate us.
I know that I put up different images all over the place when I was younger, mostly the quiet type at school, and the one who answered all the questions at church. Being online and meeting people there and in real life has helped me learn not to show what I'm not, so I've been getting better at letting my true personality show when I'm around people, but I'm still usually the quiet listener rather than the person that goes in and engages a conversation with people I don't know. It depends on the situation and person.
