I think it was a translation error. In the dubs it's spelled "Risembool"

There are lots of diffrent spelling changes between Manga and Anime
Like Ishbalan and Ishvalan
I think its a ToMAYto ToMAHto kinda thing
people just kinda gravitate to one or the other
whether you're a RISEmbool Ranger or a RESEmbool Ranger it makes no diffrence! 3nodding

Translating is rarely exact, so both Risembool and Resembool are valid. I tend to go with Resembool because I read the manga first, so that's just what I'm used to.
