Heh, yeah. I mean, I'm giddy and s**t, but I really try not to rub it in people's faces. I only do it when they're all like, "oh em gee its a dream its a trap its a red herring". In general, I think the Zutarians are handling this worse, though. I don't blame 'em... kinda... I dunno, I never really thought of Zutara as a canon ship, it's a bit surprising when they freaked out so much. I appreciate Zutara as a fanon ship, but freaking out over it not being canon makes about as much sense to me as freaking out because Sokka/Jet didn't happen. I'm not bashing Zutara as a ship. I'd just like to add that disclaimer. I like Zutara, but I know it's not canon.

I only acnowledged it as a cannon possibility because of the hints Mike and Bryan left.
It's just a hope thing.
All the Zutara shippers were hoping for something to change. We were hoping for some sort of drama that would have lead the series forward into an adorable romance story. To us hardcore Zutarians, it was almost like Mike and Bryan lead us on, then took our hopes and spat on them in a timespace of about 3 seconds. The dream theory is just to give us something to be hopeful for, I guess.
It's not a big blow in the scheme of our lives, but it makes me slightly less interested in the show, I guess. >.<
The minority made it interesting, if that makes sense.

wow AANG WITH HAIR?!?!?! omgg wow i thought this season would NEVER come!!!! and sokka looks SO COOL with the sword and the gear!!
and I always thought zuko and mai would never happen...thats weird.....
THIS SEASON IS GONNA BE CRAZYYYY! mrgreen

Ok, I've decided that I'm not going to watch the trailer or look at the screenshots, and here's my simple reasoning: I don't want to spoil anything. If I watch the trailer and stuff, then I'll know what to expect and then it won't be nearly as fun to watch the show. I want to be surprised. That would be the big pay-off.
But, yes, I have heard about what types of stuff will be seen in the new season, so I guess it is kinda spoiled for me. But oh well -- There's still tons more stuff that will remain a mystery until it airs on the 21st.
I'm so excited. . .I'm watching the Book 1: Water box set while I wait for Season 3, watching 2 episodes a day starting yesterday. I know, it would make much more sense to watch season 2, but I don't own the second box set. . .yet!
