 HistoryAbout over two years ago, Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, and Kakashi, Team 7 at the time, escorted Koyuki Kazahana to the Snow Country to film her next film, as at the time, she was a famous actress among the ninja countries. Due to the possibility of being attacked, Konoha was who she calls for. Unfortunately, upon their arrival, they meet resistance, and it is then that they find out that the woman they've been escorting was in reality the princess to the the Snow Country. She was kicked out of power when she was child after her father was assassinated by his brother, Dotou Kazahana, yet he had forgot to get the one item that was considered the key to the country's treasure, which was the necklace she wore around her neck. Now that she is within range of their hands, Dotou sends out his men to capture her. They each possessed advanced technology that gave them sits that neutralized the effect of ninjutsu and genjutsu against them. However, even with them on, Team 7 were capable of taking them out through tactical skills. And then came the showdown with Dotou himself. Though the man possessed high level Snow jutsu, the team still managed to fight him on an equal ground. Through their combined attacks to the suit Dotou wore, where the limits of the suit were actually discovered, Naruto ends the fight with a dramatic Rasengan to the stomach of the overload, sending him flying and thus, returning power to the princess herself. In the process, the treasure of the Snow Country was revealed to be an activator to a large heating generator that suddenly turned all the ice within the valley to nothing, creating a spring-like environment. Though the effect had a limited range, the Princess and her men still work today to try to increase its effects so that one day, they would not have to suffer under the effects of the icy torture. PresentYukigakure is now a flourishing country where technology continues to advance. Receiving trades in and out of the country, Yukigakure is becoming one of the most prosperous countries in the ninja world. Queen Koyuki Kazahana works to bring her country to a high standard of living, yet continues to bring projects to the heat generator her father left to her. Though the county is still inflicted with the presence of ice and snow, hope has not been lost by the Queen. But with better heating units within civilans' homes, the bite of the cold is no longer an issue. Though the country is not without its problems, as abandoned henchmen of the former Dotou still like to rouse up trouble wherever they can. But the shinobi of Yukigakure have been able to subdue them effectively from time to time. MissionBecause of Konoha's assistance in returning Yukigakure to what it was suppose to be, friendly ties has been kept between Yukigakure and Konoha. Because of this alliance, the Queen did not reject the offer to allow a team of ninja to come into her country on a search mission. The mission is to escort Hotaru Minomi, a Genin Konoha nin, to the Snow Country to search for anyone who may be a relative of hers. She is an orphan Shikamaru found long ago who traveled around Gaia with no parents, other than the temporary guardians who took care of her from each place she walked to. Shikamaru, not able to cope with the fact that a girl her age was walking around alone, took her in to claim himself as her guardian and to help raise her in a safe environment. Thanks t her time in Konoha, she has gained more friends and also education that is training her up into being able to self defend herself more properly. However, one day, Shikaku, Shikamaru's father, gave her an elemental affinity test and found out she was of ice nature. Because of this fact, he had a guess that she must have someone who at least knows her within Yukigakure, the country where most of the people are of the same affinity. Takng this fact, he requested that a team escort Hotaru to Yukigakure to see if they could find anyone who possibly could be related to her. So now, the time has come for the mission to be carried out. Tsunade has sent forth the details of the mission to officials, and this is what it says:
This is an escort mission to the Snow Country. Due to the harsh climate of the country and the rumors of hostility by rogue nin, this mission will be ranked B.
The team will require the following members, with Kakashi self-volunteering to go due to his pre-knowledge of the environment himself, along with Naruto who has forcefully asked to go along with them: 1-3 teams, each composed of a Jounin (a must), Chuunin, and 1-3 Genin each. A Chuunin is not required, but can substitute for a Genin's position in this set up, meaning then that only 1-2 Genin can be on the team. The max number for each team is four. This way, they can cover more ground while also giving Hotaru and themselves more protection against hostile forces. The team that acts as Hotaru's escort does not include her into the team maximum number.
This mission should take one week to complete. If nothing has been found by then, all ninja are ordered to return to Konoha, unless unexpected circumstances makes that impossible.
Again, due to the climate of the country, participating ninja are requested to make the proper preparations, such as warm clothing and enough resources to last during the duration of the mission. Though the Snow Country supplies such things, for survival reasons, equipment set-up is reccommended.

Appearance: His skin is of a tan hue, laced with large but barely noticable scars. Messy brown hair in a spiky fashion adorne his head. Caramel brown pools surround his pupil. His choice of clothing a blue short sleeved Martial Arts top, under it 3 layers of tightly condensed, but at the same time highly flexible black chain mail. Adorning his legs loose martial arts pants adorning his legs of blue, but of a darker hue than his top. coveting his feet are simple black shinobi sandals, though their bottoms are made a super stronger leather surface. Along with black fingerless glove with titanium molded over the knuckle and a steel plate at the back.
Equipment: Shuriken, Kunai, Senbon, Poisoned Senbon, Exploding Tags, Smoke Bombs, and Gourds surrounding his waist line containing 200 proof alcohol. ( Or pure alcohol, I forgot how you go about finding the proof amount ... )
Skills/Jutsus: Members of the Shigeru clan are known to be born with enormous amounts of chakra. It's also know that many members of this clan have been known to master ( Master as in capable of performing s-leveled Jutsu ) chakra control by 13 years of age. They are famous for their summoned blades made of pure chakra energy, It's been said once mastered they can cut through any solid substance. Concentrating blankets of chakra to specific spots for defense, and using their chakra to "power-up" their body's in many ways. Not much information is know about the Shigeru clan, but they are believed to be un-affected by the Hyuugas gentle fist after reaching a certain level of strength (Which brad has yet to hit, though he feels he's getting close.)
He has the keen ability to manipulate the air, and covert it into fire, or electricity. Or take moisture from the air, and covert it into pools of water. At time even utilize the earth. Most of his jutsu are based upon manipulating his surrounding elements, and being that Shinobi jutsu are based upon the elements you'd think he'd be able to use every jutsu, which is not the case.
Chakra Absorption, spread - This is unique as he does not need to touch his opponent for this this work, but he converts his Tenketsu to literally be a vacuum for chakra. The radius in which this is effective however is 12 meters. Of course if he has to worry about his team he can use traditional means.
Poison Gas - It should be noted, Burrado uses both non-flamable, and highly flammable gas. Depends on his mood.
Clone Small Explosion - Works in combination with the Shadow Clone technique.
Fire Realease , Ash Product Burning - Burrado breaths out highly heated ash to surrounds the enemy.
Touched always - A simple genjutsu Burrado developed, tricking the opponent into think he is always hit by their attacks. It can be used in remarkable ways.
Of course other Jutsu common of his age, and rank.
