My love for Gaara was increased 10-fold! HAHA
I bet Asuma and Shika (or Kurenai) are gonna fight! Can't wait.
Something tells me that at the very last minute all the dead guys who will be "possessed" and "mindless" will get control of their bodies back.

Alternate way of ending the battle:
Zombie ninja army: BRAAAAINSSSSS!
Naruto: *Jumps in just as the zombie are about to eat his friends.* I'm here, believe it!
Zombie ninja army: BRAAAINS? *They all look at Naruto and shake their heads.* NO BRAINS... *They all walk away.*
Naruto: ... Hey come back here, I have a brain too!
Madara: What the heck just happened?
Kabuto: I always said that guy was brainless.

So...Sasori was touched by Kankuro's words? I don't remember that far back...why is it that he wasn't there to help Sakura and Ba-chan get Gaara back?
And Deidara needs to shut up.
And what's all this about black energy and white energy? What happened to Sage Mode, eh?

I think I remember him trying to stop Gaara from being taken away... And getting his a** kicked so hard he was really not in any shape to help.
Sage mode is so Last Arc... But this isn't an asspull. I always thought the Rasengan looked a lot like the black swirling ball of pwning the four-tail Kyuubi form (and above) shot. Damn Chekhov's guns...
I can imagine Sasuke's reaction next time he faces Naruto.
Sasuke: So, what do you have that can defeat my awesome Sharingan powers?
Naruto: *Turns into the Kyuubi and prepares an Tailed Beast Bomb.*
Sasuke: Madara...
Madara: Yes?
Sasuke: Bring my brown pants.
Madara: Right away. I was about to go look for mine, anyway.
