It does, but the thing is you get free minutes nights and weekends therefore internet's free if you can charge it to your minutes at those times. The only way I know how to do it is to set up the phone as a modem and hook it up to a lap top or desktop. The thing is that this ways is a bit of a pain in the a**... it takes about 5 mins to set it up.
