How could someone go about making thier bedroom loli? I am moving into a new house in MN in a week and when i get there we are going to start shoping for furninture for me. I want my room to be lolita. I wear muliple styles of lolita so I was thinking of doing my room in the classical style. Do any of you lovely ladies or gentlemen have any ideas?

Check the EGL memories. Keep in mind Lolita-like decor, like lacey curtains, antique mirrors and pretty vases.

Visiting Victorian homes-turned-museums may help with ideas! ^_^
Apart from that, if you are going for Classic Lolita, then either deep, dark, rich colors would go well, or creme and rose hues.
If you can afford wallpaper, then maybe look for a pretty floral print, if not then a nice border can add a good touch to a simple room.
If you are going for a darker, richer look, then try to find mohogany or cherry colored furniture, if you are going for a lighter color scheme, then pine or maple colored woods would work better.
Instead of shopping for furniture and accessories at a normal shop, check out yard sales, estate sales, thrift shops, and maybe CraigsList. In my room I have plenty of antique furntiure and loads of cool little trinkets from thrifting.
For accessories, lace shawls strewn over tables, glass parfume bottles, brass candleholders, teddy bears, antique books, crystal vases full of flowers, porcealin dolls, pretty tea cups, and sepia-toned photos of family and friends in elegant frames are all wonderful!
Photos of my room are posted in the thread that EGL Goddess listed, and it sort of has a classic Lolita feel to it. I think a lot of photos in that thread may help you.
