Teeth are hard to pixelate, so while it may be a good idea, although cliche, it's probably at the bottom of Gaia Staff's todo list.

Honestly it is too much of a challange and with the idea still being thrown in the air to update the entire avi system and go to another layering system who knows.... but the teeth would just be too much of a challange
